Come 7 o'clock every night I turn my T.V on to channel 37 or 788 (when its on Hd) to watch this young and exciting Blazer team. With Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge this team never seems to dissapoint. With Oden in town things were really looking up this season and with our 17-11 start and 9-2 home record there is no reason not to be excited. Coming from me this is rare, but I want to see Oden really do well here for a good ten game strech because it just seems like he is so worried that he won't be all that the media has made him out to be, like he is nervous or something, which i get, he is only 20. He shows flashes of brilliance all the time, for instance the Golden State game and often times in the first quarter he'll score 6 points in 2 minutes.
The fouls seem to be killing him right now, its becoming a regular thing for him to pickup two quick fouls, then come in, in the second quarter pick and up his 3rd then get hs 4th in the 3rd quarter and then eventully foul out in the 4th quarter. Greg, our team desperatly needs you. All he has to do is move his feet and know when he can block the shot and simply when he just has to give up the lay up. I see him developing into a great player but his self confidence just seems to keep diminishing day in and day out for the past couple weeks.
I look forward to him playing hard and having a great rest of the season. Everyone vote for Brandon as an all star in 2009 we should be ashamed as portland fans that he is tenth in fan voting. Lets step our game up because with Brandon's 182 points in 5 games streak he definetly ought to be an all-star. Also one last thing, look for Ike Diogu to really blossom into good low-post scorer he has the ability to break out for a 25 point game..We'll just have to wait and see
Go Blazers!!!!!!
