Flsportsnut]I knew his dad Tito (All-American at Miami, NBA, and Europe) and Al. When Al was in high school in Michigan he was dominantat the high school level by just being patient. When he was in college I seen him grow to a "I want the ball" kind of player. After he adjusted in college and put on a few pounds, between him and Noah, they were very dominant the last few years. If you know basketball, everybody has a good and bad game depending on the night. It comes down to averages and mental toughness. As a player, you get mentally tough when you know what you should average and what your used to. I've seen his averages rise every year and that only comes with experience. I expect the Hawks to be VERY competitive for the next 5-7 years. With experience and role playerst hat are needed in a few areas, mainly the bench, I can see them winning a title sometime during that time by playing TEAM ball. Even though LeBron, Kobe, and Chris Paul will get multiple Championships (yes Paul-he's a super player that makes everybody on the team better), I still think the Hawks are gonna be tough to handle.:D


Yes, its quite unfortunate that we didn't pick Chris Paul or Deron Williams in the draft when we had a chance. Imagine how good the Atlanta Hawks would have been with Chris Paul. Chris Paul and Joe Johnson duo would of been great. Joe Johnson numbers would of improved if he had help with somebody creating shots for him instead on only creating his own shots. The Atlanta Hawks GM was a undisputed crack head when it came to draft picks. Finally they did good with picking "Al Har wrote:
