Hey roid sox fans, the YANKEES won the world series. You people complain about YANKEES $$$$$$$ all the time, find something else to B---- about!!!!!!!

butter..i like my reese's...and i like my championships...the celts..patriots...and red sox...are keepin' me plenty happy...so we lost to a 200 plus million team...we lost to the giants...too...and look how they have self destructed!!this spring is another year!!! and yankee stadium...will be more empty than last year...IT'S THE ECONOMY DUMMY!!!

Are you saying that you think the Yankees won because of payroll alone? We decreased the payroll this year. As you know, in 2008, our Yankees had the highest payroll in baseball and still did not make the play offs. And, if you recall, the Yanks were still playing poorly this year until Hope Week which changed everything. You know what, your Red Sox played much better than my Yankees...LAST YEAR! I couldn't say the same thing THIS YEAR! The Yankees earned it! Put a Reese's cup on some haagen daas and smile! Spring training starts in less than 100 days

the yanks decreased payroll...because former busts...were finally shed...they spent more money on 3 FA's than most of baseballs entire payroll! They bought a championship...george was rewarded...and all is well in yankee land, but really all they did was create MORE...ANTI..yankee fans!!!

Money buys championships...Yankees were one of the only teams to cut payroll from their previous year. If we had a higher payroll last year by about 10 million why didnt we win it all last year?
