Not bad enough that we have players who adjust their batting gloves between every swing, now there are players that adjust their forearm and elbow gear between every swing.
Soon it will be one minute between each swing.

uh-----, Jay Randolph Jr?
If it were the last game of this season, it may be a little different but still not so much different that there wouldn't be 10 million people that would love to do his job and do it 5 times better than him.
Its not the last game of this year.
He's just terrible. He says stuff that's just plain wrong. The other day day he reported that the score was 4 - 0 when it was really 0 - 4.
Sunday, he SPOILed The entire White Sox game by reading the score. Then, after the Sox game had been over for about 15 minutes, Jay says, "The Sox and Tigers are in the bottom of the 9th in Detroit, ..."
When Ludwig let that fly ball fall in for a base hit, Jay says, "Ludwig couldn't get to it."
What game are you calling Jay?
Ludwig was STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE THE BALL DROPPED! HE COULDN'T SEE THE BALL. How could Jay Randolph Jr(?) not be able to see and say the difference between the ball falling because Ludwig couldn't see it and the ball falling because Ludwig couldn't get to it?
I guess he's connected or tenured for so long that he gets to fall asleep during games?
If its just because he's cheap, I guarantee KSDK could get someone much better to pay fOr the privilege of calling some games.
Make it a contest or something.
I am not even going to start about how bad The Cards play has sucked the past few days, given their salary and talent.
