The Mets need Halladay and hey, I dont think they entire AL All-Star team could help them at this point. Shame. They seemed promising this year too! They need to cut back on mental errors. These guys couldve won more than a handful of games if it wasnt for mental errors. And there's just no room for that in baseball. I mean c'mon. And to his credit, Sheffield has been doing  stand-up job. From the games I've seen. And keeping the talk to a minimal. They just have too many missing pieces to the puzzle. Once they get some of their roster back from the DL I hope they can turn things around. Oh, and next season please have those fences a little closer eh?
