What they need to do is sit down with him and convince him to trust his pitches, trust his defense and stop thinking so much. He will be GREAT! The second thing I would do is move X_MAN NADY to 3rd base, with DOUMIT CATCHING and PHELPS IN RIGHT. Gets all the bats in the lineup.
