Personally, I think that Ned wants to make sure that the only Brewer's team to ever play in the World Series will be the 1982 team. Also, just my opinion, but since it is Ned's job to field a winning team, he should personally refund the ticket prices to all 42,000+ fans in attendance at Sunday's debacle. He insists on continuing to use Estrada, even though his fastest runs to first these days are ridiculously slow due to his bad hamstrings, so if anybody is on first and Estrada hits a ground ball it is an automatic double play. Ned does not prepare the team to play for nine innings. He has turned a great group of players, who have all been used to nothing but winning, into a team that has, yet again, become complacent with losing on a regular basis. It is just a shame that a team with so much promise is being turned into the same farm club team that it has been for the past 20+ years. Just look at the way they find creative ways to lose to the worst teams in baseball, i.e. KC when they had the worst record in baseball, Cincinatti, who couldn't beat a rug, and others. At least the game is not televised tomorrow and I will not be forced to endure another painful 3 hours of watching a team I have loved for as long as I can remember. I have bought season tickets for the past 10 years, but if they cannot put out a product that will perform with even a modicum of being worth the talent they have, I may not be buying many more tickets at all.
