It is hard to understand why they waited to the end of the season to fire him.  It will take a total overhaul to get this team back in shape.  The team isn't playing well at all now, it is time to let the rookies get some playing time.  I hope that the management adds some pitching in the off season because besides Wandy, they really didn't have another pitcher this year.  Roy was hurt all year but Cooper was dumb enough to keep starting him and making his back get worse.  Now he is done for the year and all I keep hearing about is trade rumors.  Things can't be this bad next year, or at least I hope not.

I don't know what Cooper is trying to do. Maybe ruin the pitchers confidence? Or making sure the guy is better prepared to pitch the next time he is called on? Anyway, he is doing better after 13 months of practice being a manager.

Only an ignorant Cooper would leave a reliever in to face 7 hitters and give up 4 runs to get only one out. And allo of this in the 7th inning with the game tied 7 to 7. When are you going to fire him, McClain? The fans are sick of it!!!!!!!!!!!!
