Bonds is a cheater, if he is allowed to be in baseball then Pete Rose should be reinstated. I read some good points on this thread but the one that is the best would be about feeling better at 40 than you do in your 20's. I agree that once you get close to 30 you start to notice that things start hurting a little bit more; like hangovers for instance.

Bonds admitted to using a steroid cream. He said he didn't know what it was. If you ask me, they can all use steroids and when they all start kicking the bucket at fifty, maybe people will get the idea.

Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lets get all the drug users out of jail and give all the kids who want to play sports, any drug that will help them be like Bonds. Thats what you are saying

Barry will pass Hank Aaron but look at hank aarons size compared to bonds. I hope after he passes the record on the way around the bases he trips on one and brakes his ankle. that's what i hope he's remembered as, the guy who trips on his record setting trot.

Baseball fans are hypocrits: To answer your question, The'll boo him as he steps to the plate. They cheer when he hits it out. They did it with reggie jackson, they did it to Carlos beltran. They hate roger clemmens now all of the sudden.They booed Darryl Kile, Mike Hampton after they left for greener pastures, etc. Then they cried when he died? Big hypocracy!!! As far as Bond, They are still in the proving process. Another issue is HGH (human growth hormones) which no test exist to prove/disprove. BUT..... just a bit of common sence and anyone would be a fool not to see how much bigger these guys are getting (notice I said guys, not just one individual). No one in the history of the game has reached their performance peak at 40! Ruth was 32 when he hit 60 in '27, Maris was 26 when he hit 61 in '61. Hey but just use yourself as the example. Ask any 40 year old if he feels faster, stronger, quicker? Hangovers feels the same? eyesight, hearing ? Unless you were totally out of shape as a teenager, theres no way you going to feel better at 40 then you did at 20 (or even 30). Baseball players hit their peak at 28- 32yrs. As Casey Stengel would say, " you can look it up"!!

Got the test results to prove the juice? Let me give you a sec to think, uh, no! So move aside for the 500-500 man to take a record. I keep seeing all these fans boo Bonds when he comes to the plate and cheer when he hits a home run. We'll see how the Astro fans do. I'm a big fan of tons of Astro's, so no disrespect.

Bonds numbers are tainted. If ever an asterisk should be used and needed this is the era.It's too bad cuz he was top 5 all time BEFORE the "juice"!

I'm spreading this message through the whole network like a virus. Bonds will be the new home run champ and enjoy it while you can. Everyone one can say what they will about him, but has anyone tested the men from the past? The greats? This drug Bonds was accused of last year was given to our soldiers in the Vietnam war as an adrenaline boost. It wasn't illegal to give to them? No one tested the ball players for that. Who know's what's been out there. You never had any proof on paper that Bonds did anything.
So, all you fans who go to the ball park and boo him when he comes up to bat, then hits a home run, then you cheer, take a look in the mirror.
Here comes our new home run champ! Oh ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
