so exactly what do you think you can get in return for freel, junior or dunn? Realistically? prospects? An ace starter(please tell me who for whom, from who)? Dunn could possibly draw an interesting trade from an american league team given there is a team loaded at starting pitching(?)and in need of a dh or sub par defensive outfielder,it could happen. But theres no chance any team in the national league is going to bat an eye because the nature of the n.l. bieng more about speed, small ball, and shut down closers and given the fact that every team has a guy emerging almost every year that can hit 30 hr's and run the basepath as well as play defense you can see hes useless.but im all for shopping the big donkey to the A.L. and would take a 10 game winner! junio aint going nowhere unless junior wants to and that aint going to happen, haha(jr. rules the real deal all natural 700hr threat).. what could you possibly get in return for freel AND would it really be worth it?

It is about time that the Reds get serious about finding some pitching help. I love Griffey as much as the next guy, but seriously why are we not going forward to develop some of the young guys we have? The farm system is being rebuilt and while change is painful, lets get real about the division that we play in. 90 wins can get you a title and into the playoffs. Trade Griffey, Dunn, and Freele. Lets start using some of the young guys and get them some real experience. What is the worst that can happen we lose 90 games in a year? By the way Cordero and his contract was no the answer we were looking for. Anyway I am starting to get baseball fever and it is only December.

Merry Christmas and hopefull a Happy New Reds Year
