Kerry Wood was/is the biggest disappointment in the Chicago Cubs baseball
organization!! How many years have been wasted due to the injury card?
This guy went from world class starter to a believe it or not, top relief pitcher!
Just goes to show you that anything is possible in the world of sports, especially
in the Majors. What shocked the crap out of me, was his selection as an NL
All Star! But what made perfect sense was the fact that he was injured; i.e. a blister on his finger of his throwing arm/hand!! This was most likely the last time he will be selected as an All Star and poor Kerry and his blister was unable to
participate, oh well, it might have been for the best, but doubters will never know. Well, the rest of the season awaits and the Cubbies are on top, the question is will Wood be ready to start racking up some saves/wins??!!
Go Cubbies, this is the year, the year of LOU!!!!

Just wondering????? Why do you guys call cub fans drunks???Becouse we drink a few beers at the game??I was under the impression that,that was a kinda national thing..But if I'm wrong please tell me what do you guys have kool aid , lemonade , soda pop...breast milk?? j/k..But really chicago is the only place that people drink alcohol???
