Now Chili you got to admit the Umps made some real bad calls against the Rays on the strike zone and tags (namely tagged on the booty at 3rd). Admit this since they are coming down on all the steroid use there is a level playing field.
I worked all the playoff gms and the philly fans are the worst. How can you throw ketchup at a 7 yr old because not only is she a Rays fan but the Grandaughter of the Mgr. Philly maybe one day you will get some real class.

Congrats...to the champs....no one is taking away anything from the Phillies...they earned it...Not A Philly hater...just hate the some of the Classlessness of some of the fans who throw things at sporting events...and that's from any city...but ..please take off those rose #### glasses...Philly fans are notorius for that kind of behavior...you know it and so does the rest of the sporting world...
I dunno, i believe that there are such fans in all places. i mustve gotton alot of my posts deleted cause i think that if new york went 20 plus years w/o a sniff @ a pennant. wonder if NY fans would be a little rowdy??? Read slowly what I said...I said any city...I think that includes mine...the diffrerence is I can admit it....you act like it doesn't happen or as you put it ...it's just "isolated incidents " they can't be isolated if they keep happining....and again..we did go 20 years without winning anything...being rowdy as you call it is one thing...but again I don't care what city...throwing things at players and thier families is classless and unnessary...and Philly has the patent on that kind of behavior....so really ...who is brainwashed here ???

I admit...I thought and still think..the AL East winner will win it all...I know it looks bleak..but remember when the Red Sox came back from 7 runs...you all thought it was all over for the Rays....somebody forgot to tell the Rays they were supposed to be intimidated by the Red Sox...it's not over just yet....

Ladies, the 2008 World series champions, THE PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES!!!!!!!! We trashed the best of the "most competative division in baseball"!! You are letting the media (philly haters) brainwash or do your thinking. Just compare the players, you WILL NOT find a better bullpen in baseball. Just look @ Lidge, 45 out of 45, not one save blown!! Just awsome!! We really trashed the rays, you know it admit it and hope your team can build from the farm system like we did.
Wait a sec, your not really a Rays fan just a philly hater. You hate all things philly, sit down on my couch and tell me about it!!

Paper...you got the excuses from some of the Sox fans and they were predictable. Just like we're getting predictable excuses why the Yankees missed the playoffs from the predictable people. Don't let your hate for the Sox consume you yet paper. We can still have fun chatting about baseball.:)
