I think the White Sox and Ken Williams in particular needs to learn from
other successful teams like Tampa Bay or the Blackhawks hockey team.

Get rid of the old guys.

Anyone over age 30 is past their prime.

Go with the young hungry players.

Get rid of Konerko, Dye, Thome, Contreas.
