My Personal Possible Reasons For Not Making the NGS II Sweet 16

Monday, May 22, 2006, 08:43 PM EST [NGS II]

people are annoyed by my bold print.

nobody can seem to spell my name right, which caused any votes for me to be accidentally given to some guys named cutthroat and cubfan.

my continued criticism of the state teams didn't win me any "homer" awards with the buttkisser sports writers who coincidentally, also voted steve nash for NBA MVP over kobe bryant.

i completely sold out my original style of not using much, if any, capitalization, punctuation and story structure when the contest started, thus killing yet another of my unique qualities i had when i first started.

obviously, brett favre really DOES read this stuff, and called in a few favors to get me yanked from the competition.

    i like wrestling....enough said.

i dislike all posts that have a title with the words "thoughts on...." in them, and haven't tried to hide it in any way.  does it take that much to think of a couple words for a title?

i dislike all posts that are less than 3 sentences, from people who i've never seen before, and dont see again within 2 weeks after posting those lame words.  if you have the time to create your own blog, and the passion to want to share your opinion with us, then take a few more minutes of your life to defend your position.

i absolutely hate posts with a title that includes the words "thoughts on....", that is less than 3 sentences, and rips on any athlete for being stupid, when in that very post, at least 5 words were spelled wrong.

i dont pimp my own blog, unless it relates to someone else's blog, or another blogger wants advice which i think is better explained by reading one of my posts.

i bet that little quarrel i had with bangos_stunt_double cost me some points.  if i had only known complete stupidity would get me further than showing some signs of intelligence, i never would have put on the act.

i actually told a blogger i dont particularly care for that i respected his opinion, even if i completely disagreed with it.  now i know i just need to throw out derogatory comments and do more name calling.

well, there it is, my baker's dozen reasons why i think i may have been overlooked in the NGS II contest.  seriously, it's no big deal, as i didnt expect to make it anyway.  best of luck to the finalists, and i hope that everyone can take the high road and understand that, much like steve nash winning the mvp award, these 16 finalists did not choose themselves, the voters did.
