the wisconsin badger women's hockey team won the championship against minnesota.

the score was 3-0.  this is all the information i have, because nobody covers college hockey, especially women's.   congratulations to the team on a super season.

the men are in the frozen four, being held in milwaukee this coming weekend.  they won a marathon game last night, finally scoring the winning goal in the second overtime period.  111 minutes of hockey, and the final score was 1-0.  that's amazing to me, considering the upward trend in scoring in hockey lately.  good luck to the men's team this weekend....you better win it all or the ladies will never let you forget it.
