Latest transfer news from the MLS.  Well rumours more than news. 

Five big moves or non moves, one confirmed and four still up in the air. 

FC Dallas has not yet procured the signature of Brazilian maestro Denilson.  Kind of an off and on romance?

Freddy Adu couldn't agree terms with Benfica.  Portugal would suit him, he'd just get better. 

Paulo Wanchope; ex Derby hero; signs for Chicago.  The rubber legged Costa Rican star will add a new dimension to the Fire.  Will he complement Blanco?

Derby again, Eddie Johnson rejects a move to the new Premiership team.  Is he looking to a bigger club, there is still plenty of time until the transfer window slams shut. 

Will Jay Jay Okocha be a Dynamo or was it just speculation?  Will the Nigerian forward play in the MLS or will he stick to making skills DVDs? 

My take. 

I can see Denilson's terms being too much for FC Dallas to pay.

Freddy must be mad, the ideal spring board into Europe.

Paulo will be a star. 

The boy wonder will never be more than just pace and a pretty haircut in the MLS.
