I think it all depends on who you like stats say Jerry rice is the best ever...I happen to like Chris Carter all he did was catch Touchdowns and had some of the best sideline catchs ive ever seen...if I have to chose from the ones you named im going with steve smith...

I'd also have to include amongst those that you've not stated Calvin Johnson. That guy is a beast and he'd scare anyone. Also too the Cardinals' Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald. They're not given much props 'cause they're playing for the Cardinals. But you throw it out there and those two'll definitely catch it !

Raymond Berry...he did it when the ball was not perfect, without the strong arm QB's and before the bumps rules. The new guys are pansies...sorry Chad

Holt probably when he is healthy. Randy Moss? Right there. Chad Johnson is not amoong the best despite his stats. Ocho Cinco is not a money receiver in the clutch and I have never seen him make a game-winning play. Questionable route-runner, only very good when motivated, not a guy to bring your team from behind. I'll take Hines Ward with the game on the line over him and many other of the top receivers in the NFL. TJ Whosyourmama is more important to that team than #85. What about Braylon Edwards at Cleveland? He is a budding superstar. Plaxico took it to another level last year. He was never a clutch receiver in Pittsburgh, just stats.

Jerry Rice, hands down best WR. But he's not my favorite. Michael Irvin ran great routes, rarely missed passes, got physical with DBs and was the go to man in the clutch. Emotions worn on both sleeves....loved his play!

All-time Jerry is the best no doubt, but this is my fav. in the game today. Marques Colston Touchdown
