LMFAO! Your kidding right? Carolina will be the same garbage they been for the past two years. Delhome (though he is a Louisiana boy and I'm proud of him) is washed up whether he's healthy or not. You'll finish barely above .500 this season, in other words maybe a win more than Atlanta. Saints have got this NFC South thing on lock for the next couple of years.

Dwindy,
I was going to say that but thought it best to just leave it alone. LMFAO!

Hey,####S...hang in there man. You gotta stick with your team. 3 out of the 4 teams in that division could win it, and it wouldn't be a surprise. If the Falcons win it, then that's a surprise. Good luck this season.

Dwindy...that was funny!

Hanahan..way to give the vote of confidence...

warrior...Hanahan's right though, every year a different team from that division wins the division, so maybe....?????? Nah, I don't think the Panthers will do it. Not without drafting a QB and relying on injured Della Homey. But good luck this season. Are you ready for some football?

blah blah blah can someone tell me which qb carolina should of drafted, that could of stepped in this year and contributed to the team ? I didn't see a qb in this years draft that would be any better than back up Matt Moore . In this league it takes two or three years to develope a qb , rookies just don't step in from collge and win superbowls.

Delhomme's been throwing like the old Delhomme in minicamp. I won't be surprised if this team makes the playoffs but they need to have a better pass rush if they are to make a Super Bowl run. As for Matt Moore, he has shown the potential to be a long-term QB for the Panthers (after Delhomme retires).

25233....no, there wasn't a QB in the draft available for the Panthers to instantly succeed, HOWEVER, they made no attempt to get any sort of FA insurance policy for Della Homey. The Bucs got like 10 QBs..there's someone out there to sign and compete for a starting spot. And on top of that, they cut Carr. He's not a franchise but what was the reason for cutting him?

25233,
No a rookie QB never won a Superbowl but one did make it there his rookie season. Non other than Dan Marino in '85. As for this year and them getting a QB I agree with ATTITUDE. No attempts were made to get a reliable backup. Matt Moore, Who is that?

Every team in this league is one injury away from finishing last in their division. The 'Aints aren't all that good. They've picked up a bunch of hasbeen's this offseason. And now they're looking at another one in Alexander. Bush is a bust to this point, compared to the hype on him coming out of USC.

Carolina 10-6
Tampa Bay 9-7
New Orleans 9-7
Atlanta 4-12

I'm convinced that my boys will do better this year. Something was bringing Delhomme down these last couple seasons and I am sure if the pain was the culprit, we should see some very good improvements.
