Yes.....The Lakers were Western Conference champions and were in control of the games virtually from the start, but their opponents always briefly made it interesting .
Game 1:
96-76 win Trail Blazers
Kobe Bryant had 23 points,

Game 3:
104-97 win over the Denver Nuggets
Kobe Bryant scored 33 points
I love Kobe very much, but does he has to shoot his lights out again made all that points just to get the team a "W"?
Help!!!!!!
For the rest of the Team mates must need to simply find ways to be productive on the floor!!!!!!

I read this line of comments from every where so many times and I hope that he really is what it said and not only before the $80 million over five years contract. We all known he is the Lakers owner's son & Lakers General Manager Mitch Kupchak "GOLDEN BOY". This time, I hope that Kobe will keep his mouth you know what or keep his opinion to himself.
"All opposing big men in the NBA better watch out, With Bynum 100 percent healthy , the Lakers will have strong defense and strong finishers that will give a great season for the organization".
Wait a minute guys before you ask if I even watch andrew played basketball, (keep in mind I am a faithful Kobe and lakers fan) Please answer this questions:
1. Would Andrew Bynum would have made the difference in last year playoff?
2. Because he is working with one of the best centers of all time, Is he really the only one force at center nowadays?
3. Other than Andrew Bynum, Are all the LAKERS players really soft ?
4. Does he has enough confidence on himself with out Kobe Bryant playing hurt to pull through the season ?
Way back in November one of Phil Jackson's interview:
The basket that may have finished Los Angeles, however, came on a strange sequence in the fourth quarter. With the Timberwolves leading 71-67, Rashad McCants missed a shot from the corner. Although it appeared to hit the rim, the shot clock was not reset. Mark Madsen rebounded for Minnesota and got the ball to Anthony Carter, who noticed the shot clock running down. He launched a three-pointer from the top of the key—one he probably would not otherwise have taken—and the shot was good, upping the Wolves’ lead to seven points. As a result, Jackson said, “Everyone hangs their head. We just played terrible after that.”
"With the exception of Kobe Bryant, who we intend to build this team around, nobody's untradeable." Said Kupchak.
If that so, why not trade Bynum, Odom, and who ever they have to get KG? ??????????
or who ever they can get to help KOBE Win a CHAMPIONSHIP???????
Is Mr. Kupchak, really don't wants Kobe to WIN another championship with out Shaq at all?????
Is this saying he doesn't like KOBE and he is punishing Kobe by not getting him help ?????????????
All the question are not being answer by Kupchak and simply saying, "I don't think anything that happened today or didn't happen today affects what we'd like to do this summer," and
" Andrew Bynum has been working out each morning at the Lakers' training facility".
This is how we read this headlins......This is no longer Kobe Bryant TEAM , and lucky for the Organization we have Andrew Bynum to pick up the mess pieces and this is NOW Andrew Bynum Team.
Why Kobe Bryant will never get MVP ? because he is constantly overshadowed by star LEADER that has team mates with top scoring, rebounding, assists, and free-throw percentage. The Lakers ran out of steam as KOBE been stop to get more points for them and resulted in disappointing season .
We put Kobe with the greatest basketball player of all time, A phenomenal athlete with a unique combination of fundamental soundness, grace, speed, power, artistry, improvisational ability and an unquenchable competitive desire. Kobe is one of the greatest guards in NBA history with a jump shot, tenacious defense, obsessive perfectionism, unabashed confidence, and an uncompromising will to win.
We cannot wait to see hisspectacular shooting and his acrobatic moves next season.
Do you think they will get Kobe some help ?
How many help that he needs? He was talking highly about Luke , Odom, and turiaf. Bynum, Evans, and Vujacic can stay, the others just plain big headed.
To all of you that doesn't like him, Kobe is gone; lack of effort or care for his team.
For us FANS; Kobe is still clutch, even though he misses some important shot: Because no one can play at the same energy in 4 quarters, we understand that he gets tired playing all those minutes. And again, all HE NEED IS A GOOD SUPPORTING TEAM MATES that play with their heart and want to win the game.
Look like the Media and Bloggers got their wished.....
Kobe & team mates will struggle for the rest of the season and the Lakers is in serious danger of sliding out of sixth place in the Western Conference and we're hoping not out of the playoffs.
Kobe's contract will expires soon , what a little less than 2 yrs?
He will never see a championship ever again until they get him a capable point guard or a more experienced team mates. Team mates that give their all and wants that championship.
Or.....he can go to another team with a coach that care about him and his team's need.
