keep an eye on Kobe’s footwork going up for the dunk.
How is he able to elevate that high?
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar thoughts on Kobe’s first MVP: Kobe has had the ability to score so prolifically that people at times have knocked him. But winning that award helps put everything in perspective and shows that he's been a leader and team player in addition to being so brilliant at what he does.
" Kobe is the one guy that if you’re offense is having a problem, he can get shots no matter what kind of defense is being played."
With that complement from one of the HOF legend, why they are more people saying, "Kobe is just be a great Scotty Pippin not bad, but short of a Michael Jordan?
He is the most entertaining, hard working player in the NBA, there is something wrong with the picture here.....
I wish that he can just keep all his team mates for the whole Month and make them work day and night with him until all of them can play as he does play, incredible defense and just plain tough basketball.

ohh. people are saying that??
He is the most entertaining, hard working player in the NBA, there is something wrong with the picture here.....
really? most entertaining?
I'd say Chris Paul!
Hard Working?.. really? I'd say Dwight Howard
Kobe has the hardest work ethic in the history of the NBA. And he is a lot more entertaining than Chris Paul because he does things that no no else can do.
kobe bryant is joining the greatest players of all time club. I have always known that he was one of the most talented and hard working that I have ever seen and anyone who has read my chicken scrible, known how much I believe in him.
Plus, his spiritual growth has allowed him to understand that being a giving person is the thing by which all great men are measured.
He has always given himself completely to the game
and we get remarkable rewards from his focus and intense work ethic.
Now, he is giving himself to his teamates
thinking only of lifting them all together to victory, making them better at seeing what is great in themselves and doing his all to bring it out taking as much joy or more in their accomplishments as his own.
He is feeling the power of togetherness
and he realized that without it, victory is a lot less fulfilling.
In my heart and soul, he can now be mentioned in the same breath as Magic Johnson and Bill Russell without anyone batting an eyelid.
Now, all we basketball fans are lucky to be alive in his era.
If I had the time, I would argue with you more and do my best to help my li'l bro. :)
GOOD NIGHT...
one of the bunch....

TITLE: "DESERVING NBA MVP'S"
Ten years from now, who will be the first NBA player from this season that will pop up into your mind?

I had never realized Kobe whined and petitions the refs as much as he does until the NBA finals..wow!! Does he always whine that much? He certainly is the hardest working player....as a whine-ah!
He's far better than Tracy McGrady. Thats for damn sure.
As for bloodredsox.
I wouldnt know what you are talking about. I've seen him win three Championships in a row and take his team to two other Finals. He argues calls about as much as anyone else. I think Kobe would know best how they call it in the Finals. HES BEEN THERE 5 TIMES. He has as many rings as Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen combined.
underage.
Kobe's work ethic is unequaled. Phil Jackson said that Kobe is thee hardest working player he's ever coached.
You are right. Kobe has done things in this day and age that nobody could do. When wilt played in his prime there were only 8 other teams. He was by far the tallest player in the league. Kobe never played with any advantage like that. Yet he has been able to do things against players that are bigger, stronger, faster, more athletic, and more raw talent than any time in NBA history.
And only imbeciles compare him to Pippen.
Kobe, three weeks ago was only 29 so he has plenty of time to build on his career.
IF YOU ARE A FAN OF THE GAME, IF YOU LOVE THE GAME. YOU LET PLAYERS FINISH THEIR CAREERS BEFORE YOU JUDGE THE INTEGRITY OF THEIR PLAY AND THE POTENTIAL OF THEIR GREATNESS.

Watch the Road to Redemption reruns and listen to the Team USA players and Coach K answer these questions about Kobe. His peers and people that see them all together might be more relevant in their comments regarding what Kobe is or isnt. And what tcbdog says is true-let him finish his career.
