If you don't learn from your mistakes of the past you're bound to repeat 'em in the future. Something that Bryant has repeatedly done. Or haven't you observed him over the years ? That too is what life is also about. He's now got a team around him. So let's see if he can actually lead by example ? If he's able to do that then they'll garner the success that they deserve.
