Well Detroit Tigers fans, y'all really outdone yourselves this time. What in the wide world of sports is wrong with this guy. His team is doing very well, but that even is not my concern (they will fade out of 1st place at some point). There manager seems to have his moments of going off in an tirade. I really believe there is something wrong with this guy. Ever since his days with Pittsburgh, Florida, Colorado, and now Detroit. There is something wrong with him, he needs a little patience with his Detroit Tigers. His team is doing well, and we don't need to hear about how bad his team is playing after a bad loss. It just makes me sick to my stomach. Anybody else has a different perspective on it, i would love to hear it
I live in Michigan and there hasn't been much talk of Madduxx, but people here are going insane over the possibility of D-Train, which isn't going to happen.
I have read hundereds of blogs here and I like to get different viewpoints from sports fans around the country. However, I am often left with a nagging question when I read a blog and that is..."what is your point?"
You start by saying, "Well Detroit Tiger fans, y'all really outdone yourselves this time." Then you go on to say how the Tiger manager (Jim Leyland) has something wrong with him. Yet you do not back your statement up with any opinion or fact except that he makes you sick to your stomach.
I suppose the same way George Steinbrenner makes me nauseous. I can name 30 reasons why the Yankees and their owner gag me. Can you give one reason why you have #### Splinters about Jim Leyland? He's taken a team that has the worst record in baseball over the past 15 years and they are in first place one third of the way into the season.
I agree with you that the Tigers will most likely NOT finish there or make the playoffs, but give the man some credit for instilling a winning attitude into a proud and storied franchise.
