This is intended to be tongue and cheek, a little bit of tongue and a lot of cheek...
1. Lisa H (the former Lisa 4 USC) - a completely weak schedule, filled with I AA opponents, may not be #1 very long, can you say Ohio State...
2. edhardiman - this duck has been at the top for a long time, he's not going anywhere, the proof is in the pudding, this is our USC...
3. UltraMegaOK - the Miami Hurricanes of the blog world, tough to like, some insane opinions, but at least he lays it out there
4. MeanDovine - father christmas of the blog site, always has a compliment, not many harsh words from him, a little Boise State, gotta love em...
5. Rivjo - Kind of like USF this year, he deserves his ranking, even though the haters spit, ya'll better recognize!
6. JoshQPublic - Hail the Irish, I swear he must get paid...
7. Dudski - Have you read his bio? Not sure, but he writes a good blog, a little Gamecock in him...
8. LSUfan - He's been crushed by many opponents, kind of like your 3 loss BCS team, call it like it is LSU...
9. 14falcons - The Hawaii of the blog world, tough to beat and tough to schedule, got to go out of your way to find him...
10. ksp113 - He'll make you laugh and make you cry, kind of like Auburn this year...
11. tophatal - the lady killer of the group, got enough to crush you, just like West Virginia...
12. Norcalfella - doesn't come around much but his stuff has substance, a little California Golden Bear...
13. Nostradamos...He's another college football guy, but his opinions are good, probably happy to see Osborne back, Nebraska of the blog world, in and out...
14. bmoynahan - Haven't seen him much but his stuff is pretty good, he'll shock you with his writing ability, Boston College fits him...
15. ReverendRhythm - Usually at the top, Florida fits him perfect...
Well, it's definitely like the BCS in that it's a popularity contest. Although half of these folks I never even heard of despite my daily perusals of the stories and comments. So how did you pick your list, and how did you choose your rankings?
I bet you get a tongue lashing for being so cheeky.
I don't get the inferences as well as the regular fans of the sport, but I wager there will be some unhappy with their 'teams' .This may be fun to watch.

I object as Kirk Herstriet has yet to vent his own take on all of this. Afterall he's a man of integrity and believes that if you play in a weakened conference and win all your games then you're entitled to be #1. No disrespect to Lisa H mind you. But you know where I'm coming from right ? Thanks for the props bro ! Chimin' out.
I had my SID vote myself 25th. I guess noone else did, since I'm not even "others receiving votes". Oh well, there's always the ACC title game. Then you'll have no choice but to include me. bwahahahahahahahahahah!
I mean it... I anticipate his well thought out postings on Pac Ten football (Oregon in particular) and I'm not a fan of that conference. Check him out!
tophat - I'm pickin up what you're puttin down, hey no worries, your next boxing article might put you back in the top 5. The coastal bias is definitely playin itself out in this case.
troup - I've just been introduced to you. You'll have to get past your mid major status, heck keep arguing with me and I may move you up and call you Texas.
Oh it's an argument you want? I thought this was abuse. Monty Python FTW!
Granted, I start a sophomore QB, but I am 1-0 against the RPI50 (neutral site BTW). I have no 1-AAs on myschedule. The problem is that I'm an independent. Nobody will play me because it's a lose/lose for them. I've talked to the Big 10 about joining, but they said they couldn't figure out a way to cleverly put the number 12 in their logo.
wow, thanks sporthink, I think. Lots of great bloggers here, it's so hard to rank them..let's just say Fox has the best and caring bloggers of any sports site.
Former88 - I'll try and do another in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the compliment, and if I get a creative drip maybe I'll be able to squeeze another out.

Herbstreit is more bias than the political pundits. He makes the likes of O'Reilly, Krauthammer, Hannity, Juan Williams and Coulter seem almost redundant.
Political pundits asides that's where Herbstreit ought to be brandishing his ware's instead of in the political arena.
But then again is he either bright enough or has the audacity to accept political or lobbyist's donations.
Published sports column contributor, but I'm about the 560th ranked blogger on this site. I'll keep most of my posts sports related. My sense of humor exists to amuse myself. This has happened by default because I rarely seem to amuse anyone else. I'm ashamed that my favorite professional sports teams are from the city of San Francisco.
Favorite sports listed from favorite to least favorite: duck-duck-
goose, red-light green-light, freeze tag, marco polo, and hop-scotch.
