With all that Eli is dealing with, everyones eye on him in the city of New York, I think he's not doing that bad of a job. Because they won the division last year, expectations are high on this kid.
Teams like the Bears and Ravens have started out Hot! We all know how good their defenses are, but can we point to their schedules for the good starts? Do you think the Bears would be 5-0 If they started out playing tough games on the road against formidable opponents like N.Y .Giants, Bengals or the Patriots? Instead they start out with games, most of wich were home games, against the Bills, Lions, Packers? Playing weak opponents leads to getting confidence and building hype around the team, which helps with the stronger opponents later down the road. So I would point to the good fortunes of the NFL schedule being so easy for them thus far in 2006. Neither team will end up in the Super Bowl.
