what do suns gain? They get rid of the upset Shawn Marion, get a solid replacement, and Joakim Noah, someone whom they were highly interested in this year's draft. also get some cap relief with khryapas expiring contract
what do lakers gain? kobes finally gone and could use brown 9 mill expiring with the 8 million for a huge trade. get a scorer in gordon and an allstar in shawn marion.

Is it beneficial for all teams involved? Not for the Suns, but it would be for Chicago and the Lakers.
The Suns trade Marion, and they're in danger of making the playoffs.
The Lakers would not only get an All-Star in Marion but get another All-Star caliber player in Gordon as well. And next year, they would have all this cap room to sign another All-Star, possibly a Jason Kidd or a Jermaine O'Neal.
The Bulls would get... well... Kobe. What else is there to say? The guy wants to be like Mike so bad that he would even consider buying his house to take a dump on MJ's toilet and sleep on his bed.
You're dreaming. Never happen. Lakers won't trade for Marion's contract when he's a SF and Odom is a SF. Odom is a bust at PF and while Marion can play it he can't defend TD and he got ate alive in playoffs at PF. Never happen.
