I agree with your disclaimer...My wife almost divorced me right after we got married because i was exceeding the 3 hour rule. I am looking forward to playing '07 as soon as possible. My favorite is the recruiting process and signing new kids.

Every year, NCAA release day is like a second Christmas for my brother and me. I spent most of last night, where oddly the power went out to all my outlets except one, the TV/PS2 outlet, trying to figure out how to get enough touches for all 3 of Nebraska's halfbacks.

One gripe, isn't it time they freshened up the pre-game intros? The player entry animations, pre-game analysis movie, player spotlight, etc. have all been the same for the past 3 versions. I know that within three days, I'll be skipping the whole thing entirely, but still, I want to know that there's something new there if I choose to watch it.

Other than that, the new features seem to be an improvement.

My wife got it for me (how great is she?) last night. I wasn't even expecting it. They changed lots. I was even able to block a field goal. Something I haven't done since playing Tecmo Super Bowl. The Build a Legend is a lot more advanced and could be fun for the first couple of years playing it. I'm going for my degree in Mascot knicknames. Can you believe that wasn't an easy subject? Good stuff though.
