I did rant to much. Jr. Did what he needed to do to win. The man is good. I will give him that. The #88 team is doing better in the COT than the Champs from Hendrick. My biggest driver Jeff GOrdon is fighting to finish on the lead lap.
I hated when Hendrick got rid of Kyle for Jr. Kyle is a KID with alot of tallent. I like that. When you go back to Richmond it looked like to kids fighting for first at any dirt track. That was racing. I dint want that wreck to happen. But I did like the fact they both went harder for it. And they both lost. Bet they would do it again if they had the chance.
That is good racing. Kyle is doing it his way. Kinda like Sr. in his first half of his career. Jr. does it his way. Kinda like Hendricks call and collective drivers. No Kyle didn't fir the Hendrick style. Jr. does. That still wont make me a fan of his. Yet he did what he had to.
Nascar has done that alot with the passing shutting off and coasting. My fav. Guy Jeff got it back in Dega years ago. Thankyou frevr3 for reminding me. Nascar has done that alot. I wonder if the rule after this will be in Black n White? Or will they leave it grey as it is?
Again I am sorry for my rant. This weekend will be a good one. Noah and I will be in Milwaukee for the trucks and Nationwide cars. Then we will be home to enjoy the race in Cali. Were the drivers will turn Right as well as left.

Pop, thank you very much for this. You know that I am neither a Jr., fan nor a Kyle fan. I was just trying to point out the rule that I heard on the radio about the pace car. I have much respect for you and your handsome son. I hope you and I are okay with all of this. I told Foresnsic2 that I think we are okay. Again, I have respect for you and your opinions. Many times, my thoughts are "way over the top" and I just need to be slapped. Are we cool here? If so, thanks. If not, how may I correct the problem?
BTW, that last statement is VERY FUNNY! It hurt me also, but I did give Jr., Nation props.LOL

Noahspop--see now don't you feel better and thanks for writing this it means alot to me and tells about you its never easy to eat crow I know ive had to do it several times in fact so many times I have some good recipies..lol --this shows class and you have my respect for writing it..take it easy and if its easy take it twice..
Noahspop- Now this is more like it. This is the fan that I have grown to like and respect. I know it hurts. But with time it gets easier LOL. I have had to bite a lot of bulletts last year writing about your driver. But the man can drive. And to try to write anything bad about him is ridiculous.
Who will be the next driver to win 4 cup championships? That is a feat that will be hard to match. Nascar has seen many drivers try. But they have all failed. I really thought that when Smoke won his 2 championships within 3 years from each other that he might be the one. Not that he still doesnt have a chance. But it almost looks like Jimmie might be the next legitimate chance. Who knows only time will tell. Good post. :)

Good Grief....you all picked on the poor man. Just slap me silly! How many times have any of you said, you were sorry for your rants on any and all drivers other then yours? Being the majority may give you numbers but it does not give you the right to gang up on a friend. A peafowl on a feeding frenzy is not a pretty sight. I just had my feathers lifted, and I am grumpy!
B&R.....Yes, the female peafowl is plain, actually very drab. With hair color and a glue gun, I have transformed myself. Everyone keeps picking them, so I had explosives added to the ends. Unfortunately, friends tend to forget and get hurt!

Noahspop, your allowed to rant, just call it such! I need to dig out the rule books (I have them in my memory box from last year since they are fairly useless to consult for any meaningful discussion) but will see if there is anything in there in black and white!

Jr. was warned to stop doing what he was doing so no need to apologize for pointing out the normal inconsistency with Cup officials. One has to wonder if it would have been handled differently if a non-star was told not to do it and then did it again anyway.
I bet if it had been Robby Gordon they would have penalized him.
It had nothing to do with Jr. winning, because I like him, just not a fan. But NASCAR is waaaayyy too shady on these "rules". Look the issue is dead, but I will ask again - If that was Casey Mears, David Ragan, Travis Kvapil, Mike McDowell or Reed Sorenson who passed the pace car three times under caution, would NASCAR have handled it the same way?

Oh, I just heard today that Kyle is not going to be in the NW race and scale back on trucks. Why is that? He is okay isn't he? Is it just too much travel and too much stress? I think it will take a mental toll on you whether it takes a physical one or not. Do you feel the same way? As always, thanks for your responses.
Who is next on the list to pick on for winless streaks? Can't we dog them for a while and leave the most recent winner alone? Both Hendricks wins have been on fuel strategy, that is the bigger issue for me, not the 88 or 48 or 24 drivers...or the Busch League...crash or win!

Well I am a Father of an awsome 9 yearold junior flaggman. Together we are the biggest racefans. We have an awsome diecast collection and love to get to any races we can. I became a fan with my mother, and now my son with me. I work full time as a machinist, and father. This will be something new and enjoyable, I will also get my sons view and let you no that as well. Well now about the teams and drivers we like. I am a Hendrick fan #24 preferably, and Noah my son Roush and the #17. So last spring was fun when we went to Bristol.
