Ok I will add a little. Jim Edmonds gets out of his slup big time. 3 for 4 3 RBIs and a solo HR. Kukudome, Blanco, and DeRosa all had HRs. The four of them combined for all ten RBIs. What a team to come back.
The bull pen bailed out Lilly from his bad day. Marmol got three strike outs in the 8th and Wood closed out the 9th.
If this isn't a sign of good things for the Cubs. There never will be. The Cubs are just doing what it takes as a TEAM to win. The Cubs hopefully now have the big leftie bat they needed. Edmaonds I hope has got past his slump and gives us more bottom of the linup big bat.

I whole heartedly believe that the 9-1 come from behind win is a very good sign of what the Cubs are capable of this season, even more telling that a few of the starters were already taken out for the second string due to the lopsidedness of the game. While I do believe that the Cubs should (and will) go to the World Series this year, I have been victim of the false sense of hope that the Boys of Summer have given me, it just seems that this year already is different
Well I am a Father of an awsome 9 yearold junior flaggman. Together we are the biggest racefans. We have an awsome diecast collection and love to get to any races we can. I became a fan with my mother, and now my son with me. I work full time as a machinist, and father. This will be something new and enjoyable, I will also get my sons view and let you no that as well. Well now about the teams and drivers we like. I am a Hendrick fan #24 preferably, and Noah my son Roush and the #17. So last spring was fun when we went to Bristol.
