Well here's an inagural rant for all you people out there and for the christening of the new title of my blog. Foxsports, WTF. How can you people never ever possibly somehow by chance give some pubilicity to one of our nation's greatest sports? You continuously push it to the side and try to act like its not there. Don't tell me you have a link to it right at the top either. All the other sports hav ethe exact same thing, but they all have at least one post a day put at the top on the home page.
Yes, Foxsports, I'm talking about hockey. It is currently the most intense part of the season for most teams and if this was the NFL or NBA, there would be at least 3 to 4 posts on it coming up every day. Hockey maybe gets a small byline when the Stars and Red Wings play in a huge showdown of the top teams in the west, but Terelle Pryor commits to OSU and there are immediately 4 pages of slop drooling about a guy who hasn't done anything yet. Don't get me wrong, he may be good, but honestly, 4 pages.
All I am really asking for is a little more coverage of the NHL. Just because it isn't on public TV doesn't mean it has to be pushed away like a stinky dog.

I'm a 17-year-old sports fan that lives in the northwest corner of Minnesota about 20 miles from Canada, who would love to be a sports writer. I have played organized sports all my life including football, baseball, golf, hockey, and, though I'm not too proud of it, basketball for a weekend.
