Very cloudy, mild day here in Vero Beach at this ancient ballpark. The visiting clubhouse is worse than an old high school locker room but it's still cool to think about all the Hall of Fame Dodgers who played here back in the day. Here's to hoping the rain holds off. I'll check back later.
Just talked to LaRussa. Edmonds is fine. Has some inflamation in his right elbow from offseason workouts but it will not keep him from playing. As for worrying about his health, that is part of every day life with him, isn't it? But for now, he's good enough to go.
