WELL FOLKS AFTER A PRETTY GOOD RAIN YESTERDAY I SPEND A GREAT DEAL OF TIME TODAY GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES, TRYING TO DRY OUT 5 SOAKED SOFTBALL FIELDS, AND AS I HAV ETOLD YOU BEFORE GOING IN CIRCLES FOR THAT LONG WILL GIVE YOU LOT SOF TIME TO THINK.
ANYWAY A FEW DAYS AGO I SAW THT THE MOVIE BUCKET LIST WAS OUT O CD NOW. WELL I HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE NOR DID I BUY THE DVD, BUT I HAVE SEEN THE CLIPS FROM IT AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT BE PRETTY GOOD. BUT I GOT ME TO THINKING JUST WHAT WOULD MY BUCKET LIST LOOK LIKE IF I NEEDED TO MAKE ONE (AND NO I DON'T NEED TO). LETS SEE SKYDIVING WITH THE 10TH SPECIAL FORCES, QUICK TRIP TO LONDON, PARIS, OR AMSTERDAMN, OR MAYBE A FREE WEEKEND ALL BILLS PAID IN VAGAS. NAW NONE OF THT SOUNDS VERY INTERESTING TO ME, THINK MAYBE I AM WAY TO COUNTRY FOR THAT. BUT HERE IS A LITTLE INSIGHT AS TO WHAT IT MIGHT LOOK LIKE.
1. JR. TO GET RID OF EURY JR. AND THEN WIN ABOUT 6 RACES IN A SEASON.
2. SEE LISA WHEN SHE WAS AT A LOSS FOR WORDS.
3. SEE MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS GROWN AND SUCCESSFUL.
4. YEEMUM IN HER PIRATE SUIT
5. PHOTOGR WHEN THERE WAS NO SNAPPY COMEBACK.
6. MAYBE GO TO ELDORDA FOR TONY'S RACE ONE TIME.
7. KVALUS IN THE JR. HAT AGAIN
8. A FACE TO PUT WITH A NAME FOR TSFAN, VOLFAN, AND NIQUE
9. KNOW THAT MY WIFE (ANN) AND FAMILY WILL BE FINE WHEN I AM GONE.
10. SEE SUNSHINE'S SMILING FACE ONE MORE TIME.
SEE WHEN YOU REALLY THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WOULD WANT TO DO OR SEE AND PUT ON A BUCKET LIST THE THINGS ARE NOT USUALLY AS FAR OUT AS WHAT WE THINK. SO JUST FOR FUN, THINK ABOUT IT FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS AND SEE WHAT YOU COME UP WITH AND MAYBE SHARE A LITTLE WITH THE REST OF US, IT MIGHT HELP ALL OF US TO KNOW EACH OTHER JUST A LITTLE BIT BETTER.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
Gunny, what do you think about the lawsuit (by the lady that said she was harrassed)? I don't want to comment until someone I know posts a blog about it. I don't want to upset people again.LOL
I DON'T DOUBT THAT THERE MAY HAVE BEEN SOME HARRASSMENT, I REALLY THINK THAT GOES ON EVERYWHERE EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK. BUT THE STATEMENTS THAT SHE SAYS WERE MADE SEEM TO BE JUST A LITTLE TO OUT THERE FOR THIS DAY AND TIME. WITH THE LAWSUIT BUG FLYING LOW THESE DAYS I REALLY FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT ANYONE WAS SO STUPID AS TO MAKE THAT BLANTANT OF STATEMENTS. BUT IF IT HAPPENED MY ONLY QUESTION WOULD BE WHY DID SHE WAIT TILL SHE WAS TERMINATED, OR WAIT THIS LONG.

Gun, 15 years ago, working for a government organization, my husband was slapped with a sexual harrassment suit. After three years of pure "hades" he was found innocent. However, it had a tremendous effect on our family. The woman was angry because he didn't promote her, so she made up accusations against him and got another woman to support her. Our sex life was even brought up in the lawsuit. Three years ago my stepson had to go through the same ordeal. With the same govt. organization. It has been an unbelievable burden on him and his family. It is because he wouldn't promote a woman---she spent most of her time at work in the bathroom. The same thing with my husband. They didn't do their job, but they thought they should "get it all" because they were women. Unless you've been there you have no idea what this can do to a family and a community.
During my 32 years of teaching a male friend of mine was charged with the same thing by a couple of female students. It took his job, his wife and kids, and almost killed him. Seven years later the girls admitted they had lied because they were making bad grades. Too late for him, though! His life had been ruined.
Last, I worked for the same govt. organization as my son and husband for 4 months. Two women tried to get me involved in a lawsuit against our supervisor because he wouldn't promote them. I refused and I testified against them. It had awful reperscussions against me and my family. Again, it involved the entire community. It was one of the worst times of my life. I don't take any of this lightly. I don't side with anyone, but I, as a woman, think women use this tactic all too frequently. It really upsets me.
One more thought, my daughter works for the same govt. organization and she says that "white males" are a dime a dozen and can be replaced any time at any point. Now, isn't that a shame? I'm finished. I'll shut up. I hope I have offended no one. I'm just too tired to argue. THANKS, GUNNY!

THAT IS WHAT I WAS SAYING THOUGH, SOME OF WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAV EBEEN SAID WAS SO OPEN AND WILD THAT I REALLY THINK NO ONE WALKING TODAY WOULD SHOOT THEIR MOUTH OFF LIKE THESE CO-WORKERS SUPPOSE TO HAVE DONE.

Thank you and I didn't mean to take away from your original blog. It just upsets me that so many people now days are so 'lawsuit' happy. I guess we need to really hear both sides, but I have seen the 'ugly' side. Again, thank you for being so kind.
