Say it isn't so! Vick pleads guilty, you have to be kidding? No, you plead guilty to federal dog fighting conspiracy charges. So I guess this means we shouldn't be hearing racial profiling or other nonsense on these boards in regard to his innocence or guilt since you plead guilty in your own words.
Of course, I am still awaiting myworld to come out of his hole in the ground and comment on what he was whining about in his blog. Many people were saying the feds were wasting time on this witch hunt. Looks like money well spent now. That's okay Vick, you can always work at the homeless shelter since the IRS is going to take your house and the Commonwealth of Virginia is going to try you also. Cry a tear in your cell you thug.

It's no longer a fine line between stupidity and absolute insantity. The one thing of note however that I pointed out to another contributor within this forum. Was how was it that you didn't have either Sharpton or Jesse Jackson coming out to vilify those in the media and PETA who were supposedly vilifying Vick and not supporting him. These two buffoons knew that the writing was indeed on the wall for this as*hole from the start. So that's why their presence wasn't at the forefront of this all.
Vick needs to be made an example that animal cruelty and gambling have absolutely no place in sports. He could have volunteered to help kids in football camp (for instance) if he had that much time on his hands. Not like he needed extra money. I vote for a 5 year scentence per animal he destroyed.

tophatal, I just read your comment on the other blog, good point. However, I think that Virginia will get a piece of that apple and the IRS will come down hard. He is going to court and Goodell has said he will probably suspend him indefinitely. He can also wait until Vick serves his sentence and then suspend him. Let's say, Vick serves 18 months and was already suspended this year. He won't play 2008 and then Goodell suspends him for the next year through the 2009 season, you won't see him eligible until the 2010 if he ever gets back after an appeal. Also, Vick has a building named after him at VA Tech. I would take the name off of that for sure.
grunt, you know I am going to add my two cents worth. We have said it all along and Vick is a getting what he deserves. And as of Monday, when he is lead out of the court in handcuffs, he will be a convicted felon and awaiting sentencing. I will bet, and mark my words, he has a run in with someone and the police have to make a report prior to him being sentenced in November.

Money wasn't well spent. The whole point was that the Feds even decided to get involved with this is an issue. If I was the Feds, I wouldn't have cared since it was dog fighting. If I get fired for not going in, then my boss is just stupid then.
He plead guilty! Let me put this into common terms, he is saying he DID it. By his own admission. You just don't get it. I would fire you if you didn't abide by your orders. It is a search warrant that was signed by a federal judge. Over and over again you seem to show just how really dumb you are. So you are going to disobey your superiors, a court order and NOT do your job. Instead, you are going to support the person that just plead guilty and on next Monday will walk out of a courtroom as a convicted felon, in handcuffs. I can say with no doubt, you are not a rocket scientist. You do understand it is conspiracy to commit illegal activites he is getting convicted of and the IRS has not even begun on him yet.
