I hate that BOTD...it doesn't make sense. They should just call it "blog with the most comments", which doesn't mean it's the best blog, ya know? A lot of good blogs get overlooked. A #### determines it, I am fairly certain...anyway...good luck here, and blog on!

Yeah lisa, how do they determine blog of the day? Now don't take this personally, but it seems once you generate buzz on your blog, your in for life on BOTD. But it's different for you because your posts are always good.

Thanks for the nod. FOr the most part there are some really good bloggers on this list, but Gerbilsportsnetwork, Dudski, ShooterB, and SMTB, all should be in the top 10. The Sports Intellectual also should be in the top 5. So no offense, but everyone should check out those other guys.
As for BOTD, it has nothign to do with comments, as I made it in 3 days in a row last week, and 4 days total, and some days I hardly got any comments. The secret formula is just that, a secret. It may have to do with hits, because people may read and never leave a comment. In that regard, no one knows for sure. Thanks again for the recognition.

Ricko, rivjo, Outlaw, Flying Pig, Miracle- Although he hates moi, if you have two blogs over 2000 comments each and you laugh clear through them, he gets a nod. Dudski, Ed HardimanJosh Q. Public, Lisa Trojan, Nostradamas, SLS Husker, Steelers could be tops, Nooch, Southern Cindi and many more. It would be easy to say who isn't up to par ( yet).

All of the contributors here that you've mentioned are more than capable writers. Some of them are are outstanding in their chosen fields. And that if anything to my mind that is more than a worthy compliment.

You have some awesome bloggers on your list. I am not familiar with some of them but very familiar with others. May I suggest you check out Edhardiman, Dudski, ShooterB, Demonicume and cuzifier? They are great writers as well.
That is a pretty nice list. Like FP, I'm not familiar with everybody on it but I'll be sure to check them all out. I can tell you that the ones I have read sure don't suck!
