Damn, I was pulling for Rocco this morning in the US Open.. If you picked out a Nascar type golfer it would be Rocco. You know what Nascar needs? After the season is over, have a "Open Competion" race. Select a track like Darlington, and race what you bring, in a Cup Chassis, No engine rules, no aero rules, no spoiler rules, no tire rules. Just 250 miles of balls to the walls racing winner takes all.. $1,000,000,000 No second place, No speed limits on the pit road. Oh and one more thing, Three man rules committee .To rule during the race. Buddy Baker, Cale Yorburough and A.J. Foyt
Oh thank God we didn't have to hear D.W. call Juniors first win.. Can you imagine him gushing over "JuneBug"??..About as bad as him sucking up to Kyle Bushboy...Those are a couple of goofy lookin brothers, ya gots to admit...Pretty good race, was jumping back and forth the to US Open..Pulling for Rocco tomorrow morn. Getting all my JJ stuff together for the race next weekend in Sonoma..Tony going to have his own team next year??? Bet the farm..he'll be the next Mikey..Only smarter.. and not cheating..Pettys will win a race before the season is over...For Sure.. Next year, Kyle Petty will be splitting time between the Victory camps and the T.V. Booth..Might want to save this post so you can see how good I've predicted this year ans next.....

That kid's a shoe people...Watch him.. Leaving on Thursday for the cup race at Infinion. 5 days in the trailer in the famous 50 acre camp ground.. Will keep you all posted.. Great road course.. Need more of them.. Did anyone want to puke as bad as I did when Danica marched down the pit row looking to kick some ####?? What a dope. Who was she going to attack, the hotdog lady??? Geez.. Once there was a great group of guys who liked to get together and race their cars. One day one of them said that they should all have a number on the door of their cars, Aha, a rule was made. After a time a man named France came along, and alas, Nascar was born...Well Mr F knew that this racing thing needed some leadership, so he got some family members to help. Boy did those family members get rich, and rules, man they made rules like no one had ever seen. They couldn't wait for the season to be over to make more rules. Sometimes they made rules that they couldn't even understand, let alone a mental giant like Junior Johnson. Knowing that they needed help they hired even more people to help them make rules. When they finally made enough rules that most of the teams couldn't understand, or deciepher them they came up with a solution. Why not just dictate who, what, where, when, how, how not, why, whynot, to all the teams, and sell them the parts..POOF, The COT was born.. Following the Cub Scout Pinewood Derby Program they started giving all the teams the exact same car, and let them paint it anyway they wanted,as long as they didn't violate one of the 253 Paint Rules. When someone figured out a way to make the new car better, whoops, new rule, sorry...So here we sit now, the COT is the COT,tomorrow became today. Sure the racing has been close, and the cars tough, but the engineering, the inventiveness, the tweaking has taken a back seat to COT.Take Tony, put him inJuniors car, take Jimmy, put him in Kyles car, Kasey to Martins car, they all will finish close to where they do now..Cookie Cutter tracks have led to Cookie cutter cars. Throw in Nascars habit of throwing "debris" yellows, and they pretty much dictate the outcome of most races. It's amazing how the outcome of a 500 mile race can be manipulated by the booth high above the racetrack that can see the dangerous piece of duct tape,or rubber tubing, way below the racing groove.. Thank God that Indy racing is improving..
Good to be back, and still fun to watch the Nascar race with the big screen on MUTE.. Well Kyle kicked some #### Saturday night, not on of my favorites, but got to give credit where credits due. I was alerted by one of my many contacts throughout the racing world that the Indy series will have a new and much simplier qualifing system in place for the 2009 "500". Here it is... The number of the car, and the age of the driver will be combined, then 17 % of that number will be added to the previous years owners points and with a co-efficient of 28 the starting position will be determined through a blind draw for a qualifing time and what day of May they will get their 16 minutes of practice. That is unless your Danica, then you get to go whenever you want. ....Keep an eye on that Scott Speed kid in the ARCA series and Trucks. Has some F1 experience and now has come home to race. If Red Bull stays with him he could be a cup driver for Mikey W...Maybe in the 88 car. I wonder if Kyle really thinks it's over with JR ??? I don't. One of my contacts has found that Kyle is not on the VIP list at Juniors new nightclub..His girlfriend is, but not Goofy himself..By the way...Are those the two silliest lookin brothers you ever laid eyes on?? geez.. Ya all know that Kurt had plastic surgery on his ears, pinned them back-,,Helmet fits better I'm sure. I think they could even top the Bodine brothers,and those are some ####ey lookin brothers too. Greeting my Nascar fans...Bobdot has returned. After a short retirement from the keyboard, he has returned. Well havent we had an exciting season so far. In our garage we have a new way to gamble. We have a big board and each week we all try to guess when Nascar will throw the " debris yellow flag" and screw up another great finish. I sure hope that Helton and his band of idiots doesn't think that we all believe that ####...Thank God Indy racing is getting better..Mikey!!!!! Great Saturday night driving Dude!!!! Loved to hear that engine redline as Mikey shoved the kid down the track...."Gee Digger did you see my little brother hit Casey" HUH Digger... When is somebody going to tell the freakin doorknob Darrell, in the booth that Digger aint real. He's like the window licker on the small bus laughing at all his own jokes. Nascar announced today that 50% of the races run this year will be run counter clockwise on selected tracks.Teams will only be allowed to change the fuel pick up. Also there will be a twenty minute halftime in races over 250 laps when crews will be allowed to realx and give each teams dancers a chance to perform. Noted dance troups would be the "Waltrip Harlots",Petty's Prettys", and Jeff Gordons "All Male Dance Review"...It was revealed the Rusty Wallce,D.W. and Larry Mc Reynolds will participate in a new reality program called " Last one Standing " filmed on location in Iraq, Each contestant dresses as George Bush and tries to exist in the intercity of Bagdad. Well lets all look forward to the New Year, look to see Kyle on the box and a young gun in the Petty car, Mikey kicking some all legal ####, Tony running upfront all season, and Junior being "SoSo"..Be Good, and if you have a problem with my predictions....Then watch Ellen or Oprah...
