Well I'll be the first to say it.. Told ya so... I was one who said that Junior wouldn't leave DEI. Well it's not the first time I've had shoe leather for dinner.But lets hope that this isn't the 2007 season.We don't need to hear about his move the rest of the year. I'm sorry to say this but Jr isn't the first driver to leave a team, and the world is not going to fall apart because he is leaving. My money will be that he will be driving a Childress car next year. There is just to much history there, and what Jr is looking for in his careerer. If Mikey hadn't fallen on his #### so bad this year with the Toyota team Jr might have thought about kicking JR Motorsport up a notch and gone cup racing with his own team,but i don't see that now. I think he and his sister will settle in at RCR and life will go on.. Now... WARD, what are you thinking??? I'll Get Sterling?? The only way Jr will go back is with control. That might put Teresa in a very vulnerable spot. She should have given him what was his in the first place. Now if she does he may cut her from having any decisions in the company...and who could blame him. She certainly has no business sense! It's like when I went to Sonic for a banana split and when I got home...there wasn't a banana in it! Oh...that's deep.... LOL
bobdot, I know you can't be serious about Tony breaking out with a win at Darlington. You have made me laugh. Even I would never dare say that one. Tony has only really had one good run going at Darlington and that was in 2002, when he was leading and Buckshot Jones spun out and Tony nailed him. Causing Tony to break a few ribs. It would be nice to see, but I don't think so.
As far as Jr. I agree I think he will wind up at RCR. But it would be nice to see him in the Gibbs camp.
