I don't think so. What conference have you been watching? The Seahawks will win the division again with a healthy line up against that have improved, kind of. The Rams will be the only challenge for the Seahawks, but lack the defense to go undefeated.
The Seahawks should have been 7-9 last year.I just see them staying the same as the year before.They didn't make any moves in freeagency there first pick in the draft was great but that's it.

I must be missing something here. You have one great WR and thats it no one else can catch the ball. Your QB is garbage and your RB is washed up.

Honestly you have it all backwards the Rams like the Seahawks are and aging team but the Seahawks are much much better. I personally belive it will go Seahawks 11-5 49ers 9-7 Cardinals 8-8 and the Rams in last at 6-10 Buldgers gunna have an off year with an old Torry Holt and not too much to speak of after him besides Randy Mchmichael who had like one good year. Plus the Rams have no defense and a terrible secondary in a division bilt on very very very good passing.
As much as you would like to think that Isaac Bruce and Drew Bennett are gunna save your #### franchise Bruce is old and washed up and Bennett wasn't very good to begin with they definatly don't have the best Qb, Rb, and Wr combo either I'd say Cincinnati does and The Seahawks are better also.

Why are the Seahawks better? Bruce and Holt are good for a thousand plus yards every single year. It's alright to talk out your #### but back it up with stats than come talk to me. Holts not old Bruce is but he still puts up good numbers.
First of all Alexander rushed for nearly 900 yards and missed 6 games. He broke the bone in his foot the first week of the season and it was still broke when they lost in the playoffs. Matt Hasselbeck was also injuired for a large portion of the season but the both of them maned up too much and should have sat out longer than they did you also said that they Seahawks should have been 7-9 last year and that their gunna be the same this year hows that thier getting back thier star running back healthy thier quarterback healthy and healthy o line and much much much better secondary and a better defensive end in Kerney and with Tatupu and Hill bieng more expierenced at line backer they will be one of the top 5 linebacking groups in football and what kind of defense do the Rams have well they don't, the only guy they do have on defense Little is over the hill now and would be lucky to get 10 sacks. Bulger just signed a nice big contract and you know what usually happens after that they start to decline and not try as hard whats the point, they've already go the money no point in getting hurt and losing it all.
By the way 30 in football years is old and how old is Holt 31 and after playing 9 years in the NFL your not always the same player.

and you've got to remember age is very important in the NFL too much of it is bad and too little of it is just as bad.
How in the hell could you say the Rams will be 16-0 not even the Colts can do that and you can't honestly think the Rams are better than the Colts becuase I didn't see blue and gold in the Superbowl I say white and blue lifting up the Lombardi trophy

Little, Bulger, and Jackson had thier best statistical year last year but please don't get your hopes up most of the time players don't have back to back amazing years unless thier truly really really good like Tomlinson, Manning and unfortunatly Brady
and what about that O-Line thats has a 37 year old McCollum a 31 going on 32 Pace and not the best guards in the league

Bruce is in 7th place for yds and 7th place for receptions all time. Jackson had more yds from scrimmage last year than anyone in the NFL. Bulger threw for 117 yds. less than the league leader last year. Yet you want to tell me that Seattle has a bettter QB,RB,& WR combination than STL.
See the things is that your not open minded about other teams you look at your team and think wow this team could block the steel curtain and score 50 on the Superbowl shuffling Bears and shut down the Colts offense no problem news flash they can't you think that your favorite team is better than it is. Now I dont care if your team can go out and score 40 points a game they're gunna let up 41 they don't have defense and thier offense isn't as good as the Colts which is the only team that can have no defense and win but they still have at least some playmakers on defense the Rams have nothing they wont stop anybody.
lets take a look at that defense why don't we at right end you've got a guy that wasn't good enough for the Lions, at DT you have a guy too old for the Cowboys, at middle linbacker a guy not good enough for the Panthers, at saftey a guy not good enough for the Vikings, and of course and over 30 Little. Uh oh better make sure you can hold onto the ball those guys are gunna be racking the turnovers. Is this even for real or is all of this just a joke you've taken too far.

and can you back up your defense with numbers or sell me on how some 30 year olds and some nododys will hold down your offensive line a postion that doesn't have any numbers at all

Could you also back up your favorite guy Bulger, thats great and all that he can put up awsome numbers but can he be a leader in the club house can he drive his team down the field in the two minute warning for a come back victory. I'm not to sure a guy that threatened to hold out is on the other players good side
Just because a player is no longer with a team dosen't mean the team wanted to get rid of the player. I never said the Rams were going to have a great defense they won't need one. Thay will have the best offense and a better defense than last year. I see them like the Colts of last year accept for a better offense.
How do you like these numbers Alexander is up to 96 td's when he gets to 100 he'll be one of the fastest to get there he was the league MVP a couple years ago he has 8713 yards rushing
Hasselbeck has over 18,000 passing yards in his career and he also has a passing percentage over 60 and 114 career td passes
Tatupu put up over 120 takles last year Peterson had 89 with 10 sacks
Walter Jones is also the best offensive lineman in football which numbers can't show becuase he doesn't have numbers does that make him not an all universe takle no he's still the best
Now this is a team game and as a team the Seahawks rushed for more yards had more takles more sacks they also had more kick return yards more punt return yards, and dont sit here and tell me Hall is going to fix that becuase those days are behind him.
How in the hell does Orlando Pace going to OSU have to do with the Rams having the best O-Line wow big deal Jones is still much better and the Seahawks Line is better overall too
All these player you say they are washed up but they still put up the numbers. Seattle beat the Rams twice last year. With two end of the game miracle field goals.
