OK. Championship game! I have a close call on my WR/RBs from Seattle and Arizona. I need to pick two:
Edgerrin James
Anquan Boldin
Deion Branch
Branch has been consistent with the touchdowns but will have bad weather and maybe a returning Hackett. Boldin is on your must play list but has been hurt and might get fewer snaps. James you rank higher than both on the points scale but hasn't gotten in the end zone recently. Maybe he's due? Help!
Also, I have a quarterback controversy:
Hasselbeck or Warner.
Is this weeks Dwayne Bowe rating like last weeks Jerheme Urban's? My receiving core is B Edwards, L. Fitzgerald, A. Gonzalez (Ind), and J. Gaffney. Do I really need D. Bowe in my lineup or are my chances better without him? To get him I would have to give up a DST. Who would you keep: Cardinals or Titans? C. Pennington is back!
It's championship week for me, and I have a dilemma between two solid QBs: David Garrard and Brett Favre. Brett has carried me most of the year, but David is really looking good. What's your advice?
How about that. Down 27 after Thursday night because Bruce & Holmes. I was depending on those two to BLEEP. It's the friggin SuperBowl. What are those guys even doing on the starting roster. That's alright... Brady & Moss will get me back where I need to be.
In playoffs, Basic scoring. need help at K and T.E. K- Scobee,J Brown,or Bironas? T.E.- D. Clark or T Scheffler? Rest of team QB-Brady,RB's A. Peterson Min. B. Jacob's. WR- Jenning's, Colston,Gonzlaz.Help!!! at TE and K this week
I know you say to read your rankings but sometimes decisions can be more about your opponent's team and your player's condition
Could start Barber (Dallas) or Graham (Tampa) You have them projected at 17 and 21.5 respectively. Logic would say play Graham
Graham is playing a rather meaningless game in SF. I do not like the coast to coast travel on this one and Graham could share time and rest the 2nd half - SF's Rookie QB is going to have his first NFL start
Barber is playing a game that does mean something and Carolina should keep it close - this is where it gets complicated - my opponent is starting Romo at QB - this means if Barber catchs a pass form Romo (usually gets 3-4 catches per game) I get full credit for the yardage and Romo gets partial credit - TD's are a wash which is OK with me - as an side I have Folk (K- Dallas) and should get the x-tra point
In the finals but outgunned in a major way - need a big number _ I know you have the Seattle DST and the Tampa DST rated at 18 and 14 respectively - normally I would start Seattle without a thought
But which DST has the chance for a really bit breakout game - Seattle with a home game again a team "out of it" traveling coast to coast or - Tampa, who travels coast to coast to play SF aginst a Rookie QB making his 1st start
Roger,
I've got Edge vs. Atlanta or Watson vs. Cleveland. Also, Branch, Housh, Gaffney or Gates as a flex. I need two receivers out of the above four. I started S. Holmes Thursday night and that turned out pretty well. Furthermore, Palmer or Warner? Palmers killed me and the weather is a concern. Thanks
ROGER ! I BELIEVE IN YOU MAN. Tell me how you think the HIGH WIND Warning will affect Chad Johnson and the Bengals offense? I'm stuck on whether or not to start Chad or Kolby Smith.

RR: James should have a big day against Atlanta's poor run defense. Then go with Boldin in a slight edge over Branch who competes with Engram and Burleson for TD catches. Both should have solid games.
Also, I have a quarterback controversy:
Hasselbeck or Warner.
Stick with Hasselbeck against Baltimore's injury-ravaged and struggling secondary, especially with Seattle at home
Thanks!

Thanks Again Roger! -FCM
RR: Stick with Edwards and Fitzgerald as they are weekly starts. Then if you need a third, definitely target Bowe as your third WR. I would drop the Titans and keep the Cardinals for this matchup.

RR: Stick with Favre. He's used to playing in cold and poor weather, and Garrard is still not a conistent top fantasy starter, especially since he's facing a strong pass defense in Oakland.
Adrian Peterson(Minn) or Brandon Jacobs
also Kurt Warner or David Garrard?
RR: I have both backs ranked in the top 3 this week; too bad you can't play both Peterson and Jacobs. Peterson offers the most upside as he's shown us some great performances this season - go with Peterson.
Warner plays an Atlanta team that gave up at least 28 points in their last five outings, while Gerrard is not a consistent starter and plays a strong Oakland defense. Go with Warner.

Good morning, Roger!!
First...thanks for all the insight this season...you helped me get to the finals!!
Here is my final question for you this season!!
Wide Receivers:
I need 2:
Fitz vs Atl
Marshall vs SD
Plax vs Buf
Welker vs Mia
Engram vs Balt
Fitz, Welker and PLax are on your "cannot bench list". However, Fitz and Plax are both quesitonable. I like Fitz's matchup vs Atl, but I don't know how his injry will affect his game. Plax and Eli are too inconsistent for my liking (add in the bad weather this week). You have Marshall ranked as your #2 receiver this week. Based on rankings, I should play Marshall and Fitz...but with Fitz's injury, should I put in Welker (in rainy Mass weather)?
Thanks in advance for your help!! Have a great holiday!!!!

Need 2 WR's: Larry Fitzgerald, Plaxico Burress, Greg Jennings, and/or Andre Johnson....Which 2? Help me I wanna be the Champ this year!
RR: Play Fitgerald against a struggling Atlanta defense. Also play Andre Johnson at home against an Indy team that has their playoff spot secured. The weather in Chicago could affect Jennings' numbers and Green Bay should focus on running against a poor Chicago run defense. The windy and rain will affect Burress' game, along with his recent ankle problems.

RR: Play Scobee and Scheffler - they offer the most upside this week.
