The needsof the Raiders are many but it has nothing to do with the coaching so much as it has to do with the lack of direction concerning the franchise. It's being ineptly ran by the management and the fact of the matter is that with Al in place they're no better off than they were last year or the year before.
The franchise is very much like a rudderless ship going around in circles meandering in no conceivable direction whatsoever. But yet the Raider fans put up with the cr#ap out of the perceived loyalty to whom ?
