As an addendum to HammerHands' post yesterday about Jack Roush and his flying machines, I'll give you a taste of the shots I took last summer of Jack and Old Crow. These were from a test flight taken a couple of days before he took delivery of the plane.

Jack entered Old Crow at this year's Oshkosh AirVenture ("The World's Greatest Aviation Celebration") and won the Reserve Grand Champion Award in the World War II catagory. The shop where it was restored earned top honors by winning the Gold Wrench Award. WooHoo!
And, as a note to Photo's comment, Jack provided engine assistance to the winning team of this year's Reno Air Race, "Strega". Seems like a great year for Roush Aviation.
This week, Bob Margolis at YAHOO Sports is
spending time with Jack and writing (so far) a great 4-part series of his adventures. Check out Day 1 and go from there.
Ra6an I am having trouble getting the comment box to work on Firfox 3 but was able to pull it up on Explorer.I sent you Fox mail re: posting your pics
As to Margolis it should be noted he wimped out on a ride in two seat "Gentleman Jim" lmao HH

Hey Hammer, thanks for the help with the pix. I moved over to Flickr, and I think that might've solved the problem.
Given the chance, I'd fly with Jack. The original P51 wasn't known to fly too well inverted, so if I know that, I'm sure Jack does too!
Vol, I'm glad to be able to share. Hopefully when I have more time, I'll be able to post more pix. I still owe everyone a post of my Infineon shots, and the rest of my Old Crow pix.
