Pain662 Aug 25, 2006 7:14 AM If the Jazz can stay healthy I think they will challenge the Lakers for the 8th seed. Either Miles or Randolph (maybe both) will be gone before the all star break. It may be another Harrington scenario where they get 1 player and a pick or 2.
Prometheusmrt Aug 25, 2006 7:17 AM challenge the Lakers for the 8th seed haha Lakers will be 5-6 seed this year. kings are worse, memphis might not make the playoffs, and the clippers were a one year wonder
shifty450 Aug 25, 2006 7:2 AM No way the clippers were a 1 year wonder, prom. They may not be in the hunt for the long haul, but at least a few more years.
and sorry to inform you the clippers aren't going anywhere for a while. brand is official, Livingston is bout to blow up, maggette just needs to stay healthy and the caveman needs to play like the caveman. they have a real good squad no denying that
Terry Aug 26, 2006 12:22 PM prometeusmrt you are crazy the lakers are finnished its over buy a box of tissues and get ready to cry. yes kobe is the best player in the game but the rest of the team is a joke. playoffs will never happen this year Wow clips are gonna be a lot better than the lakers. No one-year wonders here
well looks like to me Prom is dead on. The Clippers get one season in the playoffs and you annoint L.A. the Clippers town. Oh wait...they're in last now aren't they? Heh. Good job prom
well first off the clips aint done. the main man who sparked the squad last year has been hurt all year in cassel or did you not notice that?
i think i can remember saying they also need kaman to play like that crazy caveman that he was last year? no? lol, yea i thought so, kaman has been off the court allot with injuries and bad hair days. and when he has been on the court he has not looked good at all.
oh and for the dumb guy with chic in his avatar the clips are not last, if you can read (i know it might be hard at your age) the kings are in last in that division.
Oh yeah of course. The great No chin Ace knows all. Never mind that the Lakers have missed the playoffs twice in the past 22 years and the clippers made it once. Never mind that Kobe is carrying his team with 2 of 5 starters out and a dismal bench and supporting cast while he does it. Never mind that Kobe is playing the best ball of his career. let's focus on 38 year old Cassel as the only reason the Clippers are not ahead of the Lakers. And finally let's take the world of KNICK fan as being the expert on Los Angeles NBA ball. Tha could be I suppose why the Knicks have gone 38 years without a title. He's been too busy getting all up in the Lakers business to help out the Knicks.
you see this is why no one can have a baskeball convo with dusty around.
his man-crush on kobe wont let it be, lol
hey d!ick head i never said anything about the lakers PLEASE learn how to read or get some thicker glasses #### boy and get off of kobes d!ck while your at it.
and you dont think cassel had/has anything to do with the clippers success and failures ?
there you go showing how much you know about nothing, stick to the hate blogs dust your much better at them
You happy now Prom? I love being the lightning rod. We got you on the roster for hits. Now write something so we can work on getting you the same kind of attention that the dime morons get from them all posseeing up like a #### online gang and pretending they're bothering Dusty. LOLOLOLOL
Prom I deal with that very subject in my latest blog. and you are right. When Kobe scores the big numbers they hate, when arenas does it they call him the next MJ. When kobe shares the ball and assists and rebounds, they crack on him for not scoring 50. It's a sign of their immaturity.
well prom im not a kobe hater, i actually think if kobe keeps playing as is and the lakers continue to win he should be a lock for mvp this year.
although gilberts numbers are not bad 30 pts 6ast 2stl 4 reb id like to see his fg% get better. and everybody knows what nash is doing so no need to get into his stats.
i never mentioned the queens english. this is a "blog" not a term paper. a quality that trumps "good english skills" is a virtue called discernment: knowing when to use said english skills and when it doesnt really matter. i have a 3.94 GPA thanks for asking. BTW you show alot of character with the way you responded to a little joke. go mormons!

4:15 PM If you are serious about balling...I play at a church in Ashburn, one of three days a week...
We play pick up. I am not afraid of balling, I lose all the time...
I get it handed to me. But I would be interested in seeing how old you think I am when we play...
You would be considered a visitor at my church. You see, us Mormons are crafty!
I don't see them--thank goodness...I just ate a little chicken.
Also, my current post with all the hits was meant for two other bloggers...But they did not reciprocate yet...XRooster and Prometheus...We had a long talk on my edclinch blog and when it got religious I wanted to switch it...
And I am still wating for their replies...
On the Saint blog in the top 5.

PrometheusSmart: I leave Northern Virginia in March. I report to Basic training in MO in March...
So here is a short term schedule: I usually play and/or have time Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings...
So I will be available to play ball at my church...
Jan 25, Jan 27, Jan 30, Feb 1, Feb 3, Feb 6, Feb 8, (not Feb 10, I have PT), Feb. 13, Feb 15, Feb 17, Feb 20, Feb 22, Feb 24, Feb 27---and then I'm gone west!
So if you can come down here before March, I will make sure we play...pick up with others, and always time afterwards to play tete a tete, if needs be.
I got to report to Fort Leonard Wood in a few weeks, and b-ball is great for my shape---or lack thereof--when I don't get ####ed up. But no guts, no glory. My dad says back off, but I gotta play.
If you seem non-threatening(cool, as I'm sure you are, 22 year old collge guy) in person at the church, I'll invite you to stay the night. My baby boy does wake up a bit crying, but we finish the weeknights late, between 11:00 and 12:00 midnight, and sometimes later!
Let me know.
In June I am in California---AIT. They pay me to learn!

8:13 PM 1.) Lakers will make the playoffs. Kobe alnost single handedly took them last year. They can't possibly have a worse supporting cast this year.
2.) Lakers will have serious bank after next season and will contend the following year after signing KG or a similar compliment to go with Kobe.
3.) Move the Clippers down. No way Cassel goes two years in a row injury free based on his age and history. Livingston? The turnover a minute per played Livingston? The PG with less of an outside shot than Tony Parker Livingston? The "I'm hurt again brushing my teeth" Livingston?
4.) X "I'm obsessed and have the I.Q. o####oat" Rooster? LOLOLOLOLOLOL
