Finally get a chance to watch Vince Young this year and not only are the Bucs shutting him down ... but, he gets hurt. Say it ain't so MariJo.

What's up with Vince and that rose bush commercial?? A rose for every woman in his life: mother, sister, grandmother?? Is he one of the baddest momma's boys in the leagure or what? In the commercial you can see baby fat on his face! The guy really is just a kid. What will he do in a few years?!!

For Young he's still finding himself. His ego may well be getting the better of him. But he'll soon be brought back to earth once he understands what the league is really about. As for the Titans , until they have more offensive weapons around Young other than White. Then they'll fare well.

He was 11 of 14 for 120 yards before he got hurt. That's pretty solid. He did throw a pick, but that was his only mistake all game. And the Bucs are a very good defense. I was sorry to see him get hurt. He was having a very good day.
OK ... shutting them out of the endzone. Still, I agree with Top in that it may get tougher for him in his sophmore year in the NFL. He may be undone by his greatest weapon: ego.
Hmm...what will he do in a few years? Wait, I know the answer...take the Titans to the Superbowl! And I'm sure that, just like he did for Texas in the Rose Bowl, will be the reason why the Titans will win. Sure, he still is a fresh face in the NFL and will commit mistakes, but for the sophomore QB's there is no one even close in comparison. Ego or not...the guy has a winner attitude and HATES to lose. Oh yeah! Glad to have him do what he does for the Titans.
