A response to Packers better off without Favre

It's easy to be an expert, but what do you really know about the managment accomplishments from the GM Ted Thompson, Bob Harlan, and company?  Apparently you are taking shots at Brett because he's the easiest targets, but do some research on Ted and Bob.  I know you want to take the easy quick road for your programs, but if you take some time out and look into with this organization is not doing on the management side may give you a different view...  You may actually see all the coflicts of interest the current members have...

Can you tell me what Ted's logic was by not getting Randy Moss, when even Brett offered to pay for it out of his own paycheck so the Packers wouldn't have spent a dime, and Brett was going to finance it?  Imagine that, having a player take his salary out of his own pocket.

Players are retired when their performance declines, but what about when your GM and top management decline?  They get to retire everyone but themselves; even when they are running the team into the ground.  Sooner or later everyone's judgement declines, and all when they do it while running the team from the top, who fires or ask them to retire?  No One so they can run the team into the ground and now Brett is the last one they can blame for everything, as they got rid of everyone else..  Do some research and reading on some of my posts or even look in their official message board...

A response to Favre, Packers aren't a good fit anymore

It's pathetic that Brett is getting the blunt of this, when every single Packer fans knows it's the organization.  Ted Thompson is a washed up, old man that needs help going to the bathroom.  As proof, here are several things that need to be kept in mind.

Ted refused to purchase and quality player in 10 years.

Ted, Bob Harlan, and company is believed as pocketing money under the table, and evident in the Packers players salaries.  For the last 10 years, the Packers have the lowest payroll they are playing players so where is all the money generated going?  So the Packers never make money on merchandise, logo, broadcast rights, indoresments, etc?  If this money is not going into purchasing players, nor to the players salaries, where is being funneled?  Fans have a right to know...

Ted and Bob Harlan doesn't care one bit about it's fans and openly says this to it's fans, and can be proven when you read his press releases.  Time and time again, he doesn't make any concern and throws his finger to it's fans.  This was most evident when they at the Sold Out Draft Party inside Lambeau, that the fans boo'd Ted Thompson off the stage, wouldn't let him speak, and over 75% of the fans walked out on him.  How more clearer can it be of the fans reaction and then tells the fans to take a hike, we don't know you anyways...  With Bob and Ted not caring about the fans that they are suppose to keep happy, what infact is their personal agenda?  It is evident it is NOT in any way in the teams best interest..

When players are past their prime, individuals such as Ted and Bob have the right to retire or not renew contracts, yet when individuals have a proven record over the last years that their judgement and logic has proven they are not at the top of their game anymore, who fires them?  NO ONE!  Sooner or later every single person has a decline in judgement, and the case we have here is that this organization has reached a point where they can not make quality decisions, how can these individuals get kicked out of their positions?  THEY CAN'T!  So as you can see, they can NOT do any wrong, yet the players, it's fans that boo's Ted Thompson out of the Lambeau Artum and use people do not own the team, and it's run as a DICTATORSHIP by Ted Thompson and Bob Harlan.  These individuals are judge, jury, and policemen and have 110% control of the team, so their are no checks and balances in play; only their "Trust".  Why don't they only get appointed 3 or 4 year contracts so they are not in a position like we have now that they have 110% control over the Packers, the supposed public team.

Ted and Bob Harlan don't care one bit about all the accomplishments Brett has accomplished and Brett has no right to ask for "Qualty" players or demand anything from this current organization.  Brett will be remember in NFL history, when infact, Ted Thompson and Bob Harlan will NEVER EVER be in any history books, exact being known as jokes that ran the Packers into the ground.

Ted & Bob Harlan hired top CEO's that have a financial interest in stocks to manage the the team, and if they can run the team into the ground.  These 6 Executive Committee members at the present time own 48% of all the Packers shareholders stock and do have a financial "Conflict Of Interest" where their motives are for personal gain and not in the best interest of the team.  If you investigate into who actually owns what stock, you will uncover this.  Also, board members openly are offering to buy and have first pickings of buying back stocks for their personall finanical gain to continue to control the team.  Why else would Bob Harlan actually hire these individuals unless he knowingly knows that control the majority of the shares that have been offered on the market?  Also, one individual that owns a major food chain in the Midwest also has exclusive rights to sell only their food, so having an additional side contract questions the movitives of board members.  Board members combined have about 1 BILLION DOLLARS of asset's and this these are the reasons that these board members have been appointed to run the team.  If they can run the team into the ground, they will look like the cowboys in WHITE hats to save the day, when infact, they are the BLACK hat cowboys running the team into the ground.  City, County, and State contracts are being broken, misinformation if being passed on, and need a thorough investigation by an independent company; not like now as they currently have alwasy been keeping it "IN HOUSE" so they can manipulate the figures.

If you investigate and do some researching, they have a seperate contract to sell all the best seats in the house to their "official" ticket agency under the table. Over the last several years, they have been approached by several median inquiries about this and them splitting the markup value and pocketing this profit, which was said goes directly into the front office pockets for pure financial gain.

Within the Packer organization, they have hired many board member family and friends, which has been said as holding about 25% of the positions within the organization, based strictly on them having "connections" without any background or competition for positions.

This organization also seem to not want to post or make available to several media outlets when requested, it's financial records for review.  This alone also questions why they do not want anyone to see their books and numbers.  As a "supposed" Public team, this should be a matter of open record, yet Ted, Bob, and the entire organization does not provide these to the media that has asked to review them.  What are they hiding? 

So after years of non productivity of the Packer inner office and management is making a spin through the media that it's all Brett's fault when infact they can not show proven accomplished since winning the last Super Bowl!  Anyone that thinks other then this has NOT done any investigating into when the actual accomplishment (or non accomplishments) Ted T and Bob Harlan have done over the last

It's a shame that the Packers now are know to turn their backs on it's fans.  How more clearly can it be that this organization is past it's prime and now have taken this team as their own personal quest to run it like ####. 

So Brett is the scapegoat for Ted and Bob to push the blame off to.  Over the years take an honest look back and you only see Ted and Bob cut down every single player and get rid of them because they don't FIT in their team and how they FIT into the agenda?  It's strickly Bob and Ted are the only ones that seem to make any sense in their own small world.  So now they went thru everyone and now they are at the end of their own rope and blaming Brett.  In NFL history, Brett will be remembered forever, and I believe Ted and Bob are jealous of Brett, yet they are the ones to blame.

If they were real men, they would step back and atleast "Consider" they are the problem within the organization, not Brett.  But their ego's and their heads are so big by all their family and friends that get free tickets and kickbacks other Packer fans never get, keeps them believing it's everyone else and they can do no wrong.  Ted and Bob are treated as mythological gods within the organization, yet they are willing to brush Brett off, who single handedly made the Packers great over the last years? 

Fans are the ones that buy Packer products and generate the money for the team, and when openly tell the media in press conferences that they don't need the fans, it's what we have here.  There are many underhanded things going on within this organization that it needs to be investigated by the NFL, and more importantly, the city, county and state to see they are cooking the books for financial gain.  Anyone wanting to ensure the success of the team should not have a financial interest in the team in any manner, yet here, we have numerous board members that double dip and one triple dip for personal financial gain.

Love it! Ted Thompson got BOO'd off the stage in Green Bay on Draft Day! It's 100% TRUE! It's about time the fans grouped together and voiced their concern over their team (or does their corporate executive committee own the team?) This team lives in a Bubble and refuses to care about Packer fans...

Inside the Packer Atrum on Draft Day, they had a full house of Packer fans that paid money to be their for this historic day. Instead, Ted ended out getting boo'd off the stage by the beloved and die-hard Packer fans! In anticipation to the first pick, the energy was high and the room was filled with excitement! But it didn't last very long.

Once the Packers announced Justin's name, the ENTIRE BUILDING BOO'd for 2 full minutes and fan's where left in awe. ESPN broadcasted only a couple seconds of this, and they believe this is the first time these fans boo'd his announcement. There was NOT ONE cheer in the state of Wisconsin at that moment!

Shortly after, Ted Thompson came out to speak with the audience to calm the crowd down and the moment he came out, the fan's inside Lambeau's Atrum BOO'd him even LOUDER then when they first heard the selection! As he tried to explain, many people continued to boo him, and over half of the audience walked out! What does that say about TED?

Later in a press conference, Ted "talked around" and left the impression that his selection was based on his performance. Yet he failed to say that he only was in 3 games last year, and over his career in college, and he was injured most of it.

Ted also "HINTED" around and compared him to the legendy Reggie White, believe it or not! Both wore #92, both had 92 retired, both played the same position, and both are big men. Imagine having a GM even HINT that this player is equal to and on the same level as Reggie! This tells you how arrigent he and his office team is!

He also said that they don't select players by positions they play or need, but pick the best player on the block. There was the QB Quinn also available and would be a great QB after Brett leaves, or used as a trade! Get your head out of your butt dude!

It was stated that it's committee members have a financial interest to run the Packers into the ground so they can purchase a broken team and buy it for financial gain. It was also blogged somewhere else that these members also have a seperate financial contract with the team, so which is it? The best teams interests or on their business contracts? This may answer some questions as to why the Packers have dropped like a rock. So this opens a motive as to why committee members poor performance in their positions will increase their business profits... Too, if they run them into the ground, they could offer to buy the team, as each committee member is a multi-millionare or control's billion's of dollars in assets! Do some research...

Packer fans or not, it was great to finally have the Packer fans finally speak up to this organization. They refuse and don't care about what the fans think outside their paid organization but was nice to have the Packer fans walk out on Ted.

Keep in mind, the Packers are redirecting the majority of their money income meant for players to outside sources. This can be seen by you in the NFL players salaries, as they are the cheapest team to pay players for years. Where does all this extra money go if it isn't going to players? Surprised no one is looking into this and where the mechandise monies, broadcast rights, logo's contact money, etc... Hard to believe they get the least amount of money in the entire NFL... Bet ya it's getting lost in someones pocket and a check needs to be looked at their personal accounts...

Oh, they already "Sold" blocks of front row Packer tickets to brokers for profit! Do some research guys and you'll see they are pocketing the money over face value when they give them to a known broker and sharing the profits with them... They have been doing this for years, selling the best seats quietly and pocketing the money!

Come on Packer fans or any football fan. There's some screwy things going on inside the Lambeau field doors that the public is NOT SUPPPOSE TO FIND OUT! Ted and company, you's are the worst management team in the history of the game and it's time to check your hearing aid and quit!

Ted What kind of kickback money are you pocketing? Isn't there anythingl you'll do for kickback money?
