We start out on Friday with a friendly get together / mixer in Greensboro, NC to get everyone on-board with what the show will be doing, then Saturday morning we head out to a Belews Creek, a heated lake and film some sick footage of extreme wake boarding, then, everyone heads to friend of The HOLLYWOOD Summit Show, Andy Sharpe's house for a BBQ / pre-gnarly party and then, this is the best part. Good because we have reserved the VIP section on the roof top (Let's just call this "The Summit") of one of Greensboro, NC best downtown night clubs, HEAVEN, and we invite you to come party the sun down with us at "

"GO SKATE DAY HOLLYWOOD STYLE"
On June 21 skateboarders around the globe will celebrate the first day of summer, the birth date of one of the Hosts of The HOLLYWOOD Summit Show Morgan "HOLLYWOOD" Monroe and the pure exhilaration, creativity, and spirit of one of the most influential activities in the world, SKATEBOARDING, by blowing off all other obligations to SKATE!!!!! OH YEAH! And who better to host this great day?
The HOLLYWOOD Summit Show will co-host two events on this day, holding fundraiser's, demo's, give-a-ways and all out skateboarding. A very very special appearance by your hosts of The HOLLYWOOD Summit Show Tom Spano and yes the birthday boy himself Morgan "HOLLYWOOD" Monroe.
On June 22 we head out to Skydive City Inc. WHY? The Hosts of The HOLLYWOOD Summit Show (Morgan "HOLLYWOOD" Monroe and Tom Spano) invite you to head out to Zephyrhills, FL with them for a tandem jump, and what is a tandem jump? Tandem jumping has been around since the early 80's. It is about the EASIEST way to do that "First Jump". After about 20 minutes of training, you will ascend to 13500' (4200m) in our turbine aircraft.
Wearing a harness connected directly to the Tandem parachute system, you will jump together and accelerate to 120MPH (200Kph), freefalling for about 60 seconds.
At about 5000', the parachute will open , and then with assist's supervision you will be steering the parachute during the 4-6 minute ride down. During that time you will get to practice the landing, have yoursel####reat roller coaster ride (if you like that), and then land on the dropzone with your video person waiting to film it all.
A free fall Videographer can capture your experience, filming the skydive and landing, as well as the 'candid' interviews, special effects and music - producing a 6-8 minute professional production, ready before you leave (as well as a roll of film for you to take home)
With the training, preparation, aircraft ride, jump, and video dubbing, you should plan on being with us for about 1/2 a day. This event with take about 2 to 3 hours and will end with us all going out for hot wings and then hitting Florida's number one rated beach http://www.floridastateparks.org/honeymoonisland/ default.cfm where we will skateboard, skimboard, swim, sun, shark fish and more.

My name is Morgan Monroe, and for those who are truly interested in getting to know me, my friend's call me "HOLLYWOOD", I don't know or seem to care why. I am a passionate person and very outgoing. Alot of you think that I am a surler, that is true but I have a great love for so much more. If there is fear I don't know why, but I just love it. I love the beach. Walking down it or surfing it, I live for it. I enjoy every element of life. Life may be short but if you live it right once is way more than enough time. I give sound advice, but more importantly, I know when to just listen. My hopes and dreams are very important to me, so I take other people's dreams seriously. I have a clear idea of what I want in my life. I want and expect it all. Give it up, or I'll just take it. I expect a lasting connection with you as a friend on every level, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I enjoy the trials and tribulations of everday life. No matter, going out as well as staying in, it's all good to me. I believe you can't go wrong with fun. I enjoy experimenting and discovering different cultures and life styles. I absolutely love to cook and can truly work the kitchen. I can cook authenic styles of foods from the far east Asia to American gourmet and soul food. Sea food to steak or straight up vegetables. Stove top, oven or bbq. AND YES! I DO THE DISHES. I feel "IT'S BETTER TO BE HATED FOR WHAT YOU ARE THEN TO BE LOVED FOR SOMETHING YOUR NOT & It's better to be alone for the right reasons than to be with someone for the wrong ones! If you can't love me at my worst, then you don't need me at my best!" AND THAT IS A FACT! No fear. None. I fear nothing. I am very open minded and am here for your amusement. I love to play and laugh but also have a serious sensitive side. I give 100% in everything I do.
