Brett Favre is selfish.
Jul 03, 2008 | 4:20PM | report this

Once again the topic about whether Brett is done or not is back. For the past three or four seasons we go through this, whole will Brett retire. Brett takes his sweet time and leaves the Packers waiting. They can't make any moves because if he stays they need to get talent that can produce now, and if he leaves they can start building for the future.

So this year Brett finally retires, next stop hall of fame. Now it's time for Aaron Rodgers. The most patient man in America. Drafted in 2005, to be the replacement for Favre, has been silently sitting on the bench. Getting ready for his turn. Each year Brett has his whole retirement situation, Aaron gets his hopes up, but Brett comes back, and Aaron's hopes are crushed.

Then it finally came Brett actually retired! Aaron is now the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers. This is now his team. Of course he's going to get compared to Brett Farve and whenever he throws an interception, Green Bay is ready to behead him. Either get on board, or shut your mouth is what Aaron said. Not the best way to put it and not going to win the fans over but hey he's the big man on campus now.

Then out of nowhere it comes. It's back. Brett Favre. Aaron Rodgers your dreams, your hopes, everything you worked for might be held back for another season. It's like Brett just likes to mess with his head. Now for now its a rumor. Who knows what will happen? The only thing I know is Aaron Rodgers has every right to punch Brett in the face.

Aaron is clearly thinking about how he is going to murder him.
