I don't enjoy Kwame much either.
But, did you catch that glimpse of what Kobe was implementing with him right at the beginning of the game?
I thought Kwame was going to owe Kobe some "Isotoner" gloves next Christmas. :)
We missed waaay too many shots in the first half.
There's no excuse for letting Berry hit those 3's.
Coach Jackson totally blew it in the 3rd.
And, we just let the Spurs back into the game.
They were a beaten team.
We gave the game back/away.
Bad night.
A loss.

mamba almost got there too. if you count turnovers instead of assists. only one assist in the second half and 7 turnovers? who does he think he is, dwyane wade?
kobe played six straight incredible quarters of basketball, mvp caliber basketball, putting your teammates in a position to succed basketball. all four quarters against the nuggets and the first half tonight against the spurs.
Mbenga didn't do any better than kwame. If you ask me, they are twins. I can't believe Phil lef thim in the entire 3 rd quarter. Ronny was killing it in the first half.

I don't even remember seeing Ronnie in the 3rd.
Even though the quarter was half over before the damage was done... he left Kwame and Luke in the whole time!
He should have left Kwame to see and put Ronnie in for Luke who was no compliment what-so-ever.
The only shot he made was a three that got waived-off because of a foul.
Luke was a hurtin' unit tonite.
But, I think Phil needs to take some responsibility on this one.
Phil hasn't done anything but make us believe that we have a chance to win EVEN with passive, I'd rather turn the ball over than shoot Luke and Lamar. Sure Fish and Kobe have a bad game every so often, but Luke and Lamar have good games every so often. They are both starters. Two guys in the line-up that don't want to take the shot. In the second half they stopped moving so they were never open to get a pass much less make a shot. Kobe was abandoned on the court. I don't expect anything from kwame...but Turiaf took a hard shoulder charge from someone in the sternum (breast bone)in the first half and I think it injured him. Not PJ's fault.
#### trading him just cut his ####!!! Noone wants that garbage on their squad, if you trade him its only cuz a team wants to trade there ####ked up contract to the Lakers for Kwames soon to expire contract. as soon as Mihm comes back cut him, I would rather have DJ cuz hes stronger, and his intelligent, maybe he improves, but Kwame dumb as nails, where at least DJ mnaskruobenga can speak five languages, and has a blackbelt, Kwame is a fat piece of #### that tries to get pity from his own #### team.

I better see no Laker apologizing for Kobe last nite, that was pure #### how he played in the second half, here is to hoping he learns from it, because I have never seen a better piece of film from one half to the next on how to play perfect to how to ensure a loss by a star player.
