Hello fellow bloggers to part four of how to get blog comments 101,Today we will cover some different aspects of how to get blog comments .

Etiquette: 

It seems some including myself have forgotten some basic blogging etiquette and may or may not have pushed the envelope so to speak and may or may not have upset some in here.

Etiquette is of the upmost importance in gaining blog comments look at it this way the nicer and more polite you are the more someone will want to talk and discuss things with you hense more comments.

Here are two examples one is the correct way - you decide which is which.

Example A - The ( Insert Team Name Here)  F-ing #### and I think their fans are F-ing stupid .

Example B -The (Insert Team Name Here ) Are not doing very well this season and they are loseing fan support.

If you picked example A -  "I like you " - but others may find you offensive and  "report you " hense creating a lack of blog comments and we don't want that now do we ?

Another way to get blog comments -

Be Helpfull :

Be helpfull to newer bloggers and welcome them to your blogging community and always offer to help them with any of their concerns or problems they may be having.

Example : Help them with their Email account and how to find it - Help them with posting pictures - Help them with music If they chose they want music with thier blog.

Being helpfull to a new blogger has many rewards and it helps build a repore with newer people which in return equals comments and hey that's what we are after isn't it ?

And Lastly Be -

Misleading :

Now don't take this the wrong way but appearing less intelligent than you really are is appealing to readers.

 Nobody likes a know-it-all and they will feel as if you are acting superior to them and this will rub them the wrong way - hense costing you valuable comments.

Be a little well "stupid" misspell a word or two or try not to know everthing there is to know about the subject let the commentor feel as if they are contibuting to the blog.

Do not try to embaress your commentor they will leave unhappy and may never return and if they don't return yep you guessed it - less comments.

Ok there are a few tips on how to get blog comments use them wisely and I will see you in the popular section in no time .

                A Race Against Death   

The night in question was cooler than usual and the moon was partially hidden behind dark and grey clouds it was approaching midnight when Poncho heard a twig break behind him.

He turned and looked behind him but the darkening path revealed nothing but swaying trees and shadows.

His pace quickind and soon was at a slow trot when he heard what sounded like a crumbling beer can behind him

 He immediatly stopped and looked back and saw someone or something slip behind a tree no more than twenty paces behind him.

As you can assume he turned and started running and every few feet or so he would twist his neck to see if anything was behind him.

There was in fact someone or  "Something" behind him and it had every intention of catching him and it was gaining ground on him fast.

Poncho was running at a furious pace and he could hear the breath of whatever it was  behind him  and it was almost right on top of him when he made a move that would make Barry Sanders  say " DAMN ".

He turned to his immediate right and with his head down he was running faster than he had ever ran in his life and thats when he realized he was heading straight for the woods.

The moment he got into the edge of the woods he was tackled by the " THING " that was chasing him and by this time he was completely out of breath and turned to face what had caught him.

His eyes were shining from the moonlight and sheer terror was in them when he saw the face of his attacker and then he realized who it was.

It was no other than Jokerswild.

Poncho forgot his wallet before he started to the store on a  beer run and I had to chase that scared S.O.B. for over 300yrds - man hes fast.

     HAPPY HALLOWEEN

I had written in a comment that I had one of my worst days golfing and hit a 113 when Wrench Wizard replied that we should play a course right down the road from him so I gladly accepted his offer.

It was a beutifull day for golf 67 degrees no wind and slightly overcast when I pulled into KIngsMill Golf Club the place looked like it probably did in 1966 when it was built .

Soon Wrench Wizard and his son (The Hustler) pulled up and we were off on our most excellent golfing adventure.

I loaded my clubs on the circa 1966 EZGO golf cart it's been a long time since I seen a classic cart like this it had a steel steering wheel !!!

Wrench Wizard breaks out his 3 iorn on the first tee and rips one down the left of the fairway just in the second cut 300 yrds. The guy reminds me of Sean The Beast (long drive champion).I drive mine right down the gut just across from his(mine was in the fairway)lol.

Then we both blew up and from the first hole on it was a tough day but enjoyable the course was in excellent shape for this time of the season.

I ended up shooting three under ( one under a rock one under a tree and one under water ).WW shot about the same and The Hustler beat both of us good job J-Man.

Thanks for the great golf adventure Wrench Wizard and to your son I had a blast and will be back to play that course again. Next time I won't take it easy on you..lol

Now I agree with Kelly that this isn't the place for politics but I know how passionate people can become when something becomes political .

I have tried to contain my beliefs but with all the blogs and comments about it Iv'e decided to give my take.

War :

I say bomb whoever decides they want to mess with the USA back to the stone age ~ The way I see it they don't fight fair or go by the Geneva Code so why should we ?

Economy :

I can't believe Wall Street took our money and lost it ? and we have to bail them out..WTF ? My take ~ give " ME " your money I will make sure we all get rich. I will invest most of it in a Jearsey based company that will be a Fortune 500 company in no time.

Health care :

I don't know who's getting richer Hospitals or Oil Companys it's insane the costs have risin to. My take  ~ Free Health Care ~ If they can do it in Canada we can do it here.

Laws :

I say whatever the crime the punishment should be exactly the same.

So theres my take.

Disclaimer ~ I really don't care what people blog about as long as they blog ~ I would prefer it had a sports theme but hey to each his own. Hmm what a weird week  in sports it has been or is crazy a better description?

MLB :

I'm going to do something different in MLB this week since the regular season is over I'm going to hand out  some cards to deserving players and coaches .

 The Ace of Diamonds goes to Cliff Lee for bieng the ace for his team going 22 and 3 with an ERA of 2.54 it's a damn shame hes not in the playoffs but being an Indians fan I know it won't be long till he's with the Yankees or Redsox (sigh).

 The Ace of Clubs goes to Lou Piniella for making us all believe in The Cubs again  I really believe they can do it this season.

 The Ace of Hearts goes to Tim Lincecum ? I know you would think it should go to Bradon Webb  but Lincecum's stats look better in my eyes.   Hey My blog my rules...He He

 The Ace of ####s goes to Joe Maddon who has The Rays playing some exciting and excellent baseball and may just have a ring when all is said and done.

Nascar :

 The ace goes to Jimmie Johnson for winning and winning at the right time of the season during the chase and holding on to the points lead.

The King goes to Carl Edwards for driving it like he stole it and keeping Ford in the Race for the Championship.

The Queen goes to Greg Biffle for hanging in there and really turning it on near the end of the season and holding on to third in the points standings.

The Wild Card goes to Jeff Burton who has been solid all season long and within striking distance of the leaders in points I can honestly see him sneaking in and grabbing the crown.

The Three Of ####s  goes to Kyle Busch this week for pulling a Mets at the end of the season .

NFL :

 The Ace goes to The Bretts er I mean The Jetts for smacking the  Cardinals around and putting 56 points on them ~ Unbelievable ~The names on the Cardinals secondarys jearseys have been changed to TOAST. He He.

The King goes to the Cheifs for beating the Broncos 33 to 19.

The Queen goes to the Saints for handleing their business against the 49ers beating them 31 to 17.

The Wild Card        goes to the Steelers for playing a great hard fought game with the Ravens and beating them in overtime 23 to 20. That was a good hard hitting football game players were dropping like flies.

NCAA Football :

I havn't seen this many upsets in college football  in a while.

 The Ace goes to Oregon State for beating USC the number one ranked team in the Nation and beating them on both sides of the ball.

The King goes to Alabama for beating the Bulldogs on the Bulldogs turf.

The Queen goes to Michigan for beating Wisconsin at the Big House .

The Wild Card    goes to Navy for beating  Wake Forest.

Well the dealins done the pots aright  ~ wait who forgot to ante up ?

I was reading through my archives and came across the very first blog I ever posted and thought I would re-post it for some that were not here at that time.

I know It's not what youv'e been used to reading from me and I guess you could say Iv'e come a long way since then .

                                    BUT BELIEVE ME THIS IS A REAL SPORT. AND IT IS  VIOLENT                                      AND FULL OF DANGER, SO USE CAUTION BEFORE ATTEMPTING !!!

THE FIRST THING YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET THE KANGAROO TIPSY, THIS IN ITSELF IS NOT AN EASY TASK, MOST BARS DO NOT ALLOW KANGAROOS. HENCE NO EASY TASK.

NEXT YOU HAVE TO SWEET TALK THE BEAST INTO DANCING WITH YOU.SOME ARE MORE RECEPTIVE THAN OTHERS, IVE FOUND THE FEMALES ARE MORE RESPONSIVE.

NEXT YOU BEGIN TO DANCE THIS IS WHERE IT GETS VIOLENT,AGAIN USE EXTREME CAUTION, THEY USE MORE OF A JUMPING STYLE OF DANCE AND SEEM TO LIKE THE SONG (JUMP AROUND) YOU HAVE TO BE CARE FULL BECAUSE THAT TAIL WILL HURT YOU,

THE TRICKY PART IS TRYING TO STOP DANCING ONCE YOUVE BEGUN THEY SEEM TO GET ANGRY WHEN YOU TRY TO LEAVE  IV'E BEEN BITTIN, KICKED, PUNCHED, AND LICKED,

SO WHEN YOU SEE THIS "SOON TO BE SWEEPING THE NATION "SPORT!!!  REMEMBER BEFORE ENGAGING TO ALWAYS USE CAUTION AND DON'T TURN YOUR BACK TO THEM THEY ARE NASTY CRITTERS.

To say this blogroom lately has been lacking drama excitment and more drama would be a gross understatement.

I sit back after a long- hot- hard day at work pour myself a cold frosty beverage and LMFAO.

Can it get any more fun than this I ask you? Lets take a look at the last few days in a nutshell -

SRM claimed that someone had anatomical male member envy and got his post deleted for challenging the PAC 10's  biggest Homers - Now me I seen a little humor and tounge in cheek in the post -apparently some didn't.

B@O was roasted by me then he rosted Nique- sounds like a whole lot of roasting going on - I'm glad they both have a sense of humor and handled thier roasting with class and tact.

Ed Clinch claims Porn will lessen your manhood - Ron Jeremy disagrees- It's a double edged sword isn't it ?.

Speed Beagle claims the GGW Racing Team isn't allowed in Monoco - Damn and I love Playing cards.

Political talk is taking over the comment sections- you know who you are - I know theres an upcoming election and all but I try to keep politics to myself and who Im voting for-

Ok Im voting for Photogr there I said it and I feel better having said it.

The Reverend plays cards for money - man does that statement sound oxymoronic or what ? I really like the way this guy tells a story I felt as if I was across the table from him - I would have checked and waited to see what he raised then either reraised or went all in- Im good with two pair the full boat was the frosting on the cake.

The Dallas Cowboy Team page is sometimes the funniest page in all of this blogashere man It gets crazy in there.

All I have to say to you all is thanks for keeping me entertained and in some cases keeping it a little to real.  ~ LMAO ...
