Homestead should be a fun race to watch - High rpm's will test the  engines here -

Homestaed had it's share of problems with tires after they resurfaced it last year - and caused tires to blister from all the grip - fuel strategy is always important here -then again I guess it would be at any track- just ask T.E Jr. about fuel strategy.

I think we will see some here in the top five that we havn't seen to much of this season  ( In the top five that is) -Since it's the last race of the season  it's put the peddel to the floor and give it hell time.

I mean really what do they have to lose ? -That means you Michael Waltrip - Kyle Petty all you ol' timers - Time to step up and leave this season behind on a high note - Either that or hang up the helmet and give someone else a chance - Because to be honest your stinking up the joint..

Before I do the predictions - I want to thank all of you for you kind words on Wrench Wizzards blog about me helping his daughter -I appreciate it  -  It was an honor to be able to help him and his daughter - she's a little sweetheart-but she's also tough as nails..

                    Ok on to the race-and my excellent picks

Coming in first -

For the first time this season will be Jeff Gordon -

I foresee the 24 team getting it together - and winning this thing.

Second place -

Will be Michael Waltrip -

 Ok not really I just wanted to give Photogr a glimmer of hope..LOL

Second place will be-(for real this time)

Jimmie Johnson and he will seal the deal and remove all doubt and silence the haters -can you say 3- peat ?

Third place-

Will be Jeff Burton - Jeff ran a great season and I'm proud of him and I know Volfan is to.

Fourth place -

Will go to Dale Jr. - putting three cars in the top 5 for HMS -They started the season a little slow -But as we all know it's how you finish that counts in Nascar -Just ask Kyle Busch..LOL

And fifth place-

goes to Carl Edwards - he has had a great season also - but I think he comes up a little short in this race -no pun intended (maybe)- sorry Carl no back flip this time.

well there you have the final installment of JOKERSWILD Nascar picks.-(for this season anyway).

I have had fun doing these post's - but as they say all good things must come to an end .

                             Whats with the Checker in the title ?

Ah Phoenix International Speedway were passin is done in the corners and Setups are crucial.

After they get some laps in- this place tends to heat up making it a little slick and fun to watch - and even though it's a one mile track _ I'll call it a short one.

This will be the race for Carl Edwards to make a statement - But I don't see him getting Jimmie this week or Jr. for that matter.

Heres how it's going to go down-

Coming in first and to everyones surprise will be the wild one JPM himself.

Second place will go to Tony Stewart I see Smoke having a good week at Phoenix and he may even run good enough to get the win- keep your eyes on him this weekend.

Third place will go to Jimmie Johnson and may have the Championship in the bag after this race.

Fourth will be Jeff Burton with a strong showing and might just be in the top three.

Fifth will be Kevein Harvick who seems to do well at Phoenix.

Jr. will finish in front of cousin Carl somewhere in the top ten..

I as a Nascar fan can't say that the chase  format has been the most exciting thing Iv'e ever witnessed- watching a dog chase his own tail can be more exillerating.

And the new COT well lets just say I'm not that impressed - I hope the chase comes down to the last lap - but I doubt it.

The Nascar season has been one of ups and downs for Kyle Busch , He had dominated the SprintCup series that is untill the "Chase" started.

Now he sits in 12th place barely in the chase, My question is what happened ?

 It' seems he hasn't been the same since the "Magnet " incedent, where Nascar found magnets placed under the gas peddles of two JGR cars in post race inspections.

The "Magnets" suposedly were placed their to stop the accelerator from completely touching the bottom and to keep the true horsepower hidden, But they were found by inspectors and and punishments were handed down.

.

Now I'm not saying that JGR was cheating , (Or Am I )? But how do you explain the "Magnets"? And the sudden implosion of Kyle Busch.?

Being a Dale Jr. fan I have enjoyed watching Kyle Busch's demise !!

After hearing how much better Kyle Busch is than Dale Jr. All season long  I find it amuseing how this is ending.

- Lets look at the points standings...Hmm It seems Jr. will finish better than Kyle Busch when the season comes to an end , "Just Rewards" if you ask me...LOL ..

 Hows that story about the Tourtise and the Hare go again ?..LMAO...

   Ah' the names of races -  I could have went a hundred different directions with this one - but I digress.

Three races remain untill we have a champion - and by the looks of things Jimmie Johnson pretty much has it in the bag - but stranger things have happened.

This week we will be were everything is bigger we will  be at Texas Motor Speedway.

I like big fast tracks just as much as the cookie cutter tracks - I like to see the engines pushed to their limits and speed I really like speed and you can get plenty of it here - Ok at least the average race speed of 190 mph .

As with most races pit strategy is important here - long green flag laps and few cautions - means fuel stategy  is nery important - when to pit when not to pit and of course will the GoodYear Tires hold up ?

My picks to win -

Im taking Carl Edwards to win- even though I'm not a huge fan of hisI just think Fords are going to have a good day here.

Second will be-Matt Kenseth with some good luck I look for him to have a good day.

Third will be Jimmie Johnson - Putting a Chevy in the Top three and holding on to still retain the points lead.

Fourth - will be Tony Stewart with some luck and trouble free racing I see Tony finishing strong in Texas.

Fifth place will be- Dale Jr. I see him starting off slow and working his way back into the race near the end - and finishing strong.

There you have it - call your bookie now..LOL (At your own risk)

        Can you believe the names of races these days?

Ah' Martinsville the home of "Rubbin Is Racin" some may not like this relic of a track but I have grown to love it.

I'll bet any of you out there that the car that wins the race has some dings and dents in it ~Any takers ?

It's been a minute since Iv'e done a Nascar blog maybe because Jr's not going to win the Chase ~ I know not a good enough reason.

And since Volfan69 threatend violence if I didn't write one ~ Here ya go..LOL

Now to the race and some predictions .

Martinsville is maybe the only track with all four corners at 12 degree banking ~ correct me if I'm wrong.

The straightaways are asphalt and the corners are concrete and keeping your line in this race is very important.

 Qualifying is extremely important.

 Lots of rubbin and if you get knocked into the second grove you will still have lots of grip ~ racing here would be a blast as  a driver I would bet.

Now to the picks of the century ~ bet at your own risk..LOL.

To win - I have the number 2 Miller Lite Car winning~ because Kristin dosn't want another  Queen for Kurt..lol

Comming in second will be Jimmie Johnson barely getting beat by Kurt at the end.

Third place - Goes to Jr. ~ He finally gets a little luck in this race look for him to have a good race and the HMS team will have a couple in the top five.

  Hello fellow bloggers to part four of how to get blog comments 101,Today we will cover some different aspects of how to get blog comments .

Etiquette: 

It seems some including myself have forgotten some basic blogging etiquette and may or may not have pushed the envelope so to speak and may or may not have upset some in here.

Etiquette is of the upmost importance in gaining blog comments look at it this way the nicer and more polite you are the more someone will want to talk and discuss things with you hense more comments.

Here are two examples one is the correct way - you decide which is which.

Example A - The ( Insert Team Name Here)  F-ing #### and I think their fans are F-ing stupid .

Example B -The (Insert Team Name Here ) Are not doing very well this season and they are loseing fan support.

If you picked example A -  "I like you " - but others may find you offensive and  "report you " hense creating a lack of blog comments and we don't want that now do we ?

Another way to get blog comments -

Be Helpfull :

Be helpfull to newer bloggers and welcome them to your blogging community and always offer to help them with any of their concerns or problems they may be having.

Example : Help them with their Email account and how to find it - Help them with posting pictures - Help them with music If they chose they want music with thier blog.

Being helpfull to a new blogger has many rewards and it helps build a repore with newer people which in return equals comments and hey that's what we are after isn't it ?

And Lastly Be -

Misleading :

Now don't take this the wrong way but appearing less intelligent than you really are is appealing to readers.

 Nobody likes a know-it-all and they will feel as if you are acting superior to them and this will rub them the wrong way - hense costing you valuable comments.

Be a little well "stupid" misspell a word or two or try not to know everthing there is to know about the subject let the commentor feel as if they are contibuting to the blog.

Do not try to embaress your commentor they will leave unhappy and may never return and if they don't return yep you guessed it - less comments.

Ok there are a few tips on how to get blog comments use them wisely and I will see you in the popular section in no time .

To say this blogroom lately has been lacking drama excitment and more drama would be a gross understatement.

I sit back after a long- hot- hard day at work pour myself a cold frosty beverage and LMFAO.

Can it get any more fun than this I ask you? Lets take a look at the last few days in a nutshell -

SRM claimed that someone had anatomical male member envy and got his post deleted for challenging the PAC 10's  biggest Homers - Now me I seen a little humor and tounge in cheek in the post -apparently some didn't.

B@O was roasted by me then he rosted Nique- sounds like a whole lot of roasting going on - I'm glad they both have a sense of humor and handled thier roasting with class and tact.

Ed Clinch claims Porn will lessen your manhood - Ron Jeremy disagrees- It's a double edged sword isn't it ?.

Speed Beagle claims the GGW Racing Team isn't allowed in Monoco - Damn and I love Playing cards.

Political talk is taking over the comment sections- you know who you are - I know theres an upcoming election and all but I try to keep politics to myself and who Im voting for-

Ok Im voting for Photogr there I said it and I feel better having said it.

The Reverend plays cards for money - man does that statement sound oxymoronic or what ? I really like the way this guy tells a story I felt as if I was across the table from him - I would have checked and waited to see what he raised then either reraised or went all in- Im good with two pair the full boat was the frosting on the cake.

The Dallas Cowboy Team page is sometimes the funniest page in all of this blogashere man It gets crazy in there.

All I have to say to you all is thanks for keeping me entertained and in some cases keeping it a little to real.  ~ LMAO ...

The Wild card goes to Wake Forest for beating Florida State at Florida State 12 to 3.

NFL :

 The Ace Goes to The San Diego Chargers for putting the smack down on the Jets 48 to 29.

The King goes to the Dolphins for their win over the Patriots 38 to 13 this wouldn't have been so bad had it not been in Foxboro or by the Dolphins.

The Queen goes to the Vikings for beating the Panthers in Carolina 20 to 10.

The Wild Card goes to  The Jaguars for beating the Colts 23 to 21.

MLB :

The Ace goes to The Cubs for beating the Mets 9 to 5. Sorry B@O !!

The King goes to Cincinnati for beating the Marlins 7 to 5.

The Queen goes to Cleveland for beating Boston 4 to 3.

The Wild Card        goes to to Kansas City for beating the Detroit Tigers 6 to 2.

NASCAR :

The Ace goes to Greg Biffle for making it two in a row when it matters the most during the chase.

The King goes to Matt Kenseth for being the first loser.

The Queen goes to Carl Edwards for being the second loser.

And the Wild card                           

 goes to Mark Martin for his fouth place finish.

B@O'S   Roast  

The Time has come to roast one of my favorite people on the Fox Sports Blogs - B@O - The guy is a certified nut and is the only blogger to misspell more words than me but you just have to love him you know the way you love special needs people.  LMAO

Just a little history here on the infamous B@O when he was a baby he wasn't a good looking baby he was often mistaken for a baby #### and was often offered bananas while his mother shopped at the grocery store.

But thanks to modern medicine and several surgeries he turned out ok in fact he could be Joan Rivers twin brother.

He chose Spanky as his avatar because it's a reminder of the only sex he had until he was 24 years old- yep he spanked it alot.

Then he met his first hooker and the rest as we say is history he started his own buisness with a site to meet large overweight ex-strippers and in no time became a wealthy man.

He uses most of his wealth to support single mothers most are former ex-strippers whom he had fathered children with and now feels guilty and sends them money.

He claims to be a Mets fan but only when their winning the rest of the time he's bragging about The Rays He also likes The Michigan Wolverines -The guy is just a glutton for punishment.

He was asked to play the role of Tony Soprano but he couldn't remember any of his lines and was to overweight.
