~ Well Fellows let me down in a place called Watkins bummer glad I forgot to make that wager.
Congrats To Kyle Busch for his assault on the tracks so far this season he adds another road course win to his resume..
~Michael Phelps is extraordinary he is Aquaman..
* ( I hope they come out with that movie one day)*
And just in case there is one person left on earth that dosn't know this yet Brett Favre is playing for the New York Jets this year.. ( I know what a shocker)
~Thank God the NFL is back on TV I know it's only preseason but its still football and I like watching players that are fighting to get on the roster play their ####'s off to try and make the team and there are several that do make NFL rosters.
The opening ceremonies for the 2008 Olympics were excelent they were the best opening ceremonies for any sporting event I have ever seen..But it would have really been cool had this guy showed up..
I see Cliff Lee has 16 wins this season he continues to shine during a dismil season by the Tribe.
Being an Indian Fan Is tough... every time I start to like a player hes gone which leaves me now with a $150.00 dollar jersey a C.C. Sabathia Indians Jersey which now leaves me wondering what to do with it ?
Now that he is with the brew crew I wont be needing it anymore...So I've thought of a few things I could use it for.
1.I could use it to wax my car.
2.I could use it to check the oil in my car.
3.I could lend it to the French to use as a flag the next time they need to surender.
4.I could give it to a homeless person.
5.I could always use it for emergency toilet paper.
6.Or I could give it to this guy to use as a jizz rag in the next porno he makes.
I'll tell you one thing I will never buy another jersey with a players name on it again- I've learned my leason
Victor Martinez comes through in the ninth inning with a clutch hit with bases loaded to help pull the Indians to 500 this makes five in a row for the Tribe tying for The lead in the A.L.Central.
Taking two games so far out of the four game series with the Yankees the Tribe cotinues to win , J.Sowers Pitched a good game but left with bases loaded but the Indian pitchers came in and did their job Masa Kobayashi gets the win for the Tribe. The Tribe is doing a great job right now lets keep it going and swwep the Yankees.
Paul Byrd seems to have the Yankees number getting yet another win against them tonight 4/25/08 -this gives the Indians four wins in a row- after a slow start it seems the Tribe is starting to get it together and with J.Peralta going 2 for 4 tonight with 4RBI's with the help of a three run bomb he helped the Tribe in a big way good job JP.
Grady Sizemore is playing the outfield as if hes wanting another gold glove and stealing bases like a man posessed -good job Grady
Good job Indians beating the Yankees 6 to 4 and moving up to second place in the AL central with the win.
Its UnderdogI started rooting for the Indians when they where consistant celler dwellers in the A.L. central I used to go to games at the old Municiple Stadium get the nose bleed section tickets and by the 3rd inning I be four ore five rows from the field. "ahh the good ol' days"
I always seem to root for the underdog in every sport,in doing that when they win it makes it so much more enjoyable.
The Chicago Cubs are a prime example of a underdogand when they finally win The World Series all will be right in the world and could you imagine the party that would go down in Chicago- They are the consistant punch line in almost any M.L.B. joke and what is it with the curse of the goat? I don't believe in curses I believe its Karma and They have been on the wrong end of that spectrum for far to long lets see if they will turn things around this season but odds are they won't but I will still be one of the people rooting for them.
And then theres these guys when the N.H.L. came to Columbus Ohio fans where excited but their excitement has faded -As long as they have been in the league they are yet to make a serious run at the playoffs letting their fans down on a regular basis ,season after season .
They have had big name stars and still do and still fail to give the fans what they want a Stanley Cup. But when and if they ever do Its going to be sweet for the fans that hung tough and stayed with their underdog. I also root for the N.J.Devils but I have way before The Blue Jackets came into the N.H.L.
So lets see who else could make this list of teams that remain undisputed underdogs ah yes theres these guys
The Aints as they are often referred to but not by me -they are a team that seem to be Karmas whipping boy and even though normally I root for them that is unless they are playing my teams-- I still secretly hope for them to have success.
So next time you watch your favorite team beating one of these teams remember that one day some way things are going to turn around for these guys Karma will let its guard down and maybe just maybe they will win it all but untill then when things seem they can't get any worse have no fear for Underdog is here.
I am a football fan first and foremost I will root for any team as long as their not playing the Buckeyes and am also a Nascar fan and root for Dale Jr. and Tony Stewart I like humor and jokes and stay away from politics and religion I have a black belt in crowbar and baseball bat I love dancing with Kangaroos and cliff diving into a swimming pool
Who needs a stupid counter anyway either you read it or you didn't--JW
