Lori- I like this. WooHoo. Your making us think.

1. A- David Ragan has really shoiwn a lot of promise so far this year. He has had some good solid runs.
2. B- I think it would be Martin. Even though I dont think that move would ever happen.
3. Neither- Richard Childress is a lot smarter then that. If I was Richard I would start to enquire about Kesolowski. See my post.
4. A- Kyle's last few wins have been really impresive. He has shown a lot of maturity as well as respect towards his fellow drivers by not getting into trouble and racing them clean.
5. A- Need I say more.
6. A- What his fellow competitors did by giving him tires and equiptment that he needed to race is something that is not common practice in Nascar. Now if this was the N.H.R.A. This story would be just another example at how tight knit drag racers are.
7. B- Flipper is also having a good season. He has also overcome some obsatcles to get to where he is today. He just might be a dark horse as far as winning the championship.

Lori..Here we go.
1. A. David. If Brian was, he became full view with the tire at Charlotte. I would like to know more about. Did the team hook up the family with the Tire rubbed camper?
2. Ryan...Martin seems to try to get along.
3. Dario is the more marketable driver. Yet Scott deserves a shot. have to go with Dario.
4. I liked him before...So no.
5. Kevin easy. Kyle and Dale were racing. Kevin just forgot to open his eyes.
6. Tony donating to Victory Junction and to Morgan. It all started with Tony the Tire man for Morgan. Tony gets it for all he does for alot of differnt things. Victory Juction is just the biggest public helping hand he does.
7. No..as early as it happened, like Jeff and Jimmie. Good drivers over come big obsticles.
8. Yes Lori is a great blogger and has enjoyable things to read.
Sorry had to add my own..Lol..

1= Ragan. Vickers puts his foot in his mouth too much to fly under any radar.

2= Newman (rememeber his shaver commercials?) He may likely clip one of Shrubby's giant ears off by accident instead of his hair.

3= Neither. Childress would rather hire someone that can drive.

4= Who is Kyle Busch?

5= LePage. when has he made a move that wasn't bonehead?

6.Sheppard. In an era where a lor of pro sports organizations(NFL,MLB,NBA) are ignoring those from their past, its nice to see NASCAR do whats right.

7= No. Not adding a triple summersault to his back flip is what will cost him a spot in the chase.

Do i get bonus points for getting my name and the date right?

1 - A - Vickers - While Gibbs have been the centre of Toyota (hater) attention Vickers and the whole Red Bull team have moved on leaps and bounds.

2 - B - I don't know about contraversial, but Truex deserves to leave the sinking ship.

3 - A - Dario. Let's see what he can in equipment that works. And I really don't like Scott Riggs.

4 - Erm - My opinion of him improved the moment he wasn't driving for Hendrick.

5 - A - End of

6 - A - Competitors helping their fellow competitor are always nice stories. A cynic would say that sports-people giving to charity is simply a publicity stunt.

7 - B - Only if a disaster strikes the rest of his regular season.

I love the poll. Here are my answers

1. Ragan - he went from crashing everything last year to maybe crashing the party (Chase)this year. And he seems so nice...

2. Ryan Newman - He is more likely to be critical if things go bad. I like Ryan but he kinda threw Penske under the bus about a month ago in an interview.

3.Probably Scott Riggs because he has more experience in these cars

4.Yes - I think Kyle is making a concerted effort to come across a little less arrogant and a little nicer.

5. Definitely A - that was one of the worst things I have ever seen as far as being just sheer stupidity.

6. A and B - Tony isn't my favorite driver(used to be for a long time)but I definitely give him his props for what he does for charity and people in the sport in need of a little hand. Good going Tony!!

7. No - He has too good of a car for 100 points to keep him down. Truth be told, with a little better luck in a few races, I think he might be right there with Kyle in the points.

Good survey Lori! I am feeling cheeky this AM so bear with me!
1. C- anyone but Kyle?? LOL I think Vickers gets less credit than Ragan does.
2. C- Logano who will come on board as the baby brother and smoke them all.
3. C- Neither hire Ward!!
4. A- but I already think highly of him...
5. C- Smoke dissin me for an autograph!
6. C- Waxing SMOKE's BACK!!! (How come all of these involve Tony...)
7. B- No...got nothing zippy to end this one with...LOL

Thanks for the fun this AM Lori!

1. Vickers. Close, but driving for Red Bull vs. Roush gives him the nod. Ragan is impressive, though.

2. Newman from Seinfeld because he drives a mail truck.

3. Neither. Dario needs to be in open-wheel. Casey Mears.

4. Neither. He is a young guy coming into his own. I'm glad someone can challenge Hendrick and Roush.

5. Neither. Bobby Labonte re-signing with Petty is easily the DUMBEST thing any former Cup Champion has ever done.

6. Well, I'll say B, because if I don't someone will be very angry with me.

7. No, but the one by Truex's crew will definetly keep him from having a chance.

Did I pass the audition?

OK...gonna make me think a bit this morning.

1. Ragan, although I am starting to keep an eye on Vickers during the races lately too.
2. Newman...hard to picture him with Busch. Such a different personality.
3. I like Franchitti better, well I'm more familiar with him. Whether Childress would hire him is another story.
4.Still the same. But he seems to be mellowing...is that possible?
5.LePage...nothing more to add.
6.Stewart and his Donation. Just reading your commentary on Tony this past year has given me a new appreciation for him as a driver and a person.
7.No...Edwards can still do it!

2.A
3.B Scott Riggs
4. Yes as long as he acts like a cup driver and not a fool.
5. A and Denny H for his role in B. lol
6. both A&B
7. No it was not that much to over come being a top team, another smaller team it could have.

Great stuff Lori. Cheers

Moseby ~ of course you passed the audition... wait, what audition? lol

I love your answer for #5! You rebel.

Gerrel ~ I'm sorry darlin. I do appreciate you trying this morning, we just have to use our brains sometimes!

Forensic ~ Cheers to you too! As far as number 7, I guess I agree to an extent. I also think it had more to do with the fact that it happened very early in the season and he's had an opportunity to recover.

Greetings Lori

1 coin toss, Ragan

2 Newman, but he WON'T be going there!

3 Dario or Scott? Will they get another chance or get pushed out by the "new new kids?"

4 I missed the statements, but over the season, he has gained less hate.

5 LePage!!!!

6 Morgan Shepard- everyone pitched in quietly

7 It could- But who knows who else will get "whacked" before the chase starts????????

I'm drive- by commenting I have been quite a busy lass

Hope to have more information for the curious soon.
