Those numbers are incredible! That means that the country thinks that the Lakers have more than twice as good a chance to win it all than the #1 overall seed, Boston.
These are just numbers, mind you, but they speak the truth!
First of all, there are only less than 60,000 votes, FOX is L.A. based so the majority of voters are most likely from the Los Angeles area, New Yorkers will vote for the Lakers not the Celtics, and we still don't know who the East representative is.
All in all, it doesn't matter because the world knows it's all about Kobe and the Lakers.
The flip side of the coin to what Dizzle says is that half the people voting for the Pistons or Celtics are just Laker/Kobe haters that don't really believe it but will never bring themselves to admit they know the Lakers will win in their hearts.
So the total of people who think that the Lakers will win the title is really around 78 to 85%. The people know.

yeah, hate to say it. but just look on the pages of the team blogs. Lakers have the most. but I know who will win. whichever team that wins four games first. Remember you heard it hear first.
